A quick stay for a night. Probably wouldn't book again at that price.

The location is wonderful. The front desk team were lovely. Parking was easy.

There were 2 long black hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. The room was dusty, and I understand I was travelling with a pet, but, our view was a loading dock. The decor seemed really cold to me in the room itself, no carpet or carpet squares, no rugs to keep your feet warm. The furniture was uncomfortable to lounge in the room on, only the bed was comfy.

Overall a great hotel, but definitely needs upgrades in many areas. The staff were absolute fantastic too!

Great location , close to good restaurants & shopping. Very friendly & accommodating staff! The hotel restaurant is quite nice.

The rooms have quite small windows to look outside. There should be a mirror above the counter in the room in case a family member is using the washroom . It’s hard to get ready when sharing a room. Lighting could use use some improvement in the rooms. The mini fridge is a lot smaller than other hotels. The indoor pool/hot tub window and skylight need to be washed or repainted.

Excellent short getaway, beautiful views, great restaurant

Our stay was awesome. The checkin process was quick, straightforward. We were informed of all the available services offered throughout the resort. Our room was perfect; with an awesome view of the inner harbor. The restaurant was excellent, all the employees working in the restaurant were courteous, professional, friendly. Our breakfast was always delicious, our only regret was that we never had dinner at the restaurant (next time for sure).

Internet was good in the Hotel, Not except when stepping just outside the door.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Victoria!

Staff that went above and beyond, making sure each guests stay was memorable. After lengthy overnight travel from Honolulu with a layover in Vancouver, staff were able to ensure I could check in early and get settled. I loved the bicycles that were available for use, big rain umbrellas in the closet and the stunning view of the Inner Harbour where I could watch the harbour activity! Delectable locally made macarons in the room were delicious and a welcome treat. Comfortable beds and bedding, great toiletries and lush bath robes made the stay lovely. I would not hesitate to stay at Delta Marriott during my next trip to Victoria. Staff were always friendly and helpful!

Better in room coffee selection and brewing machines would be an upgraded but welcomed touch.

Great location to visit Victoria

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her husband. I reserved the waterfront suite, which had a great view of the harbour. The room looked very spacious with a big bathroom. The location is excellent, right on the Inner Harbour.

The pool and hot tub were amazing. I love how it was covered but you still felt like you were outside. Room service was very fast and excellent staff!! The dining room was beautiful and the food was incredible .

I paid a lot thinking I would get a lot..it was just AVERAGE

Good location

Nobody told me there was a fee for underground parking I told the management the desk clerk never stated it ... They stuck me with the charge anyway Last 2 nights I.parked on street Then they had a fee for my pet to tack on to my pay pal prepayment ! Its a pet friendly hotel ? Why would you add this on at the end ? When I checked out the lady seemed like she wanted to win the argument and get me out of there I.will NEVER go there again

The room was clean, and the hotel was quiet. The location was downtown and it was easy for to get around town. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was not ready at 4 pm so they texted when it was ready. The room was underwhelming for the price and we did not have a view (looking at other condo buildings).

Perfect Place to Stay

This is the second time that we stayed at the Delta. Both times were excellent. Service is always amazing, location cannot be beat, and walking along the waterfront is always a joy. We stayed here for our honeymoon and this year came back for our sixth anniversary. While in Victoria don't forget to visit The Raptors or in the past it was called the Pacific Northwestern Raptor Center in Duncan. Always one of our favorite places to visit. Also the restaurant IL Terrazzo is just across the walking bridge and has amazing service and food.

The bed was hard, but to be honest I say that of all hotels. I just love the soft squishy bed.

Top-notch hospitality and incredible views

Hospitality was absolutely above and beyond — every single staff member in restaurant and hotel seemed wonderfully trained, helpful, friendly, and attentive to solving problems (even observing and preventing possible problems or needs before they occurred). Views were wonderful, and restaurant food and wine list were delicious. Location was awesome — easy walk into city but nice to be slightly outside the hubbub. Self-park very easy and felt safe. Would seek this place out to stay again!

Only thing I can think of is that our bed was loud and creaky in room 432 so it woke the other person when one of us moved at night.

Just what I needed - a little rest and recharge in Victoria before flying back to Costa Rica.

The staff were incredible. Extremely kind and helpful. I loved that it was pet friendly. I wish that more nice hotels were pet friendly. The view was spectacular and the walkability was perfect.

It was pretty pricey. $2500 for 3 nights is pretty prohibitive for most people in these trying times. The dog wasn't allowed anywhere but the lobby and the room. I thought that she might have been welcome on the patio of the restaurant.

Beautiful place to spend my birthday

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views and a super friendly staff. The room was amazing and had the best view across the water. Coming from Toronto it was super cool watching water taxis and air planes coming and going right off the water.
