Great location and staff; tired beds and decor

The location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our one-bedroom, water-view suite was very spacious.

The beds were uncomfortable. Too hard. The carpet and furnishings look old and a bit drab. There was no drive-up or valet to help with our bags. We were notified before we arrived to self-park in the underground parking and take the elevator up to check in. Also, the hotel has no lobby seating area, bar or restaurant. Just the reception desk. We heard the hotel is being converted into condos. If so, maybe refurbishing is on hold. Also, the waterfront location is great, but the area is home to some hard-luck people. We saw a woman step into the hotel’s garden from the sidewalk and throw up in the bushes.

Was a clean, comfortable set up for for four adults to stay in comfort

We requested 4 beds in our suite, after we booked we were told it might be three beds depending on what was available for our stay. You did indeed have 4 beds so our stay was quite comfortable

I forgot my toothpaste and asked if you had courtesy toiletries. Was told you only had tubes for sale: I am used to the hotels I use having small courtesy toiletries available...at least to get through the night

Nice clean hotel located close to downtown area.

Great location in the downtown area. Rooms were very neat and clean. Parking was free and located in the parking garage under the building and easily accessible through the building by elevator.

Parking garage was a little tricky to get to with your vehicle as you need to go around the side of the building to access it and there is no drop off area at the front of the building. No restaurant on site but close to various pubs and restaurants in the downtown area.

Everything! We stay here every time we come to Victoria! Beautiful suites, perfect location, THE VIEW! Great staff!

The only suggestion I would give them is to add a USB charging station. We did bring a charging cable b forgot to bring two. Other than that, it's perfect.

Spectacular views and amazing location

Amazing location and spectacular views of the inner harbour. The 2 bed/bath was perfect for my spouse and family and it was nice to have a large open living room, dining area and kitchen to congregate together. Everything was walkable within 5-10 min and the suite was exceptionally clean.

The bed pillows were too high.

Great stay in the heart of Victoria

Great location in Downtown Victoria. The room was spacious, big and clean - a wonderful base while in town for a wedding. The hotel itself is pretty basic with no breakfast, bar, or amenties, but honestly you don't need any of those things as it's all on your doorstep! Highly recommend.

Great space, comfort and beautiful location.

The location of the apartments, right on the harbour, was outstanding. The views were beautiful! It was also very close to the centre of Victoria, a lot of attractions and surrounded by a range of good restaurants. Having a full apartment with kitchen and crockery was excellent. I would love to stay there again!

Certain evenings there would be loud music from nearby pub or club. Not super loud in room, but audible. Earplugs are provided in bathroom drawer. Wish I knew in advance there's coin-op laundry on several guest floors.

The hotels location is ideal for easy walks into downtown for restaurants and sightseeing. The room was clean and the beds and linens were among the most comfortable I’ve experienced anywhere.

Couldn’t figure out the TV to watch MLB championship game but that’s probably due to my own incompetence with navigating the tech.

Totally exceeded expectations in terms of quality and size of the apartment and its location .

Superb location downtown very close to restaurants, bars etc and overlooking the harbour and landmarks such as Government House. Lovely , very spacious apartment with large living / dining g room , comprehensively equipped large kitchen , large bedroom and excellent shower room. Everything was superb and even free underground parking.

The building is a residence to several people ( which I did not know) so some Aspects are Not like a hotel. The beds are so firm that both my husband and I got up sore from Sleeping on them. And the ice machine is on another Floor so that is inconvenient.

Great place in the heart of downtown Victoria.

The location was wonderful. It’s close to everything in Victoria. We came in on a boat and it was easy to get to from the marina. The room was huge! The beds were very comfy and the place was spotless.

There’s no air conditioning. The room gets a little warm in the afternoon and you have to keep the windows open at night. The drawback is there’s a public park right below the room and drunk people were gathering and yelling and screaming for hours it seemed like.

The suite was very spacious and the location was great.

The lack of air conditioning and window screens was a negative. The seagulls were very noisy when windows were opened. We had great weather with sunshine and temperatures near 30 degrees. Yates street and the park next to the hotel did have numerous unhoused people.

Clean, cool, and comfortable!

Perfect location and exceptionally clean - everything we could ask for! It was 28-30 degrees outside during our stay and most buildings felt hot and muggy - the A/C installed in our room worked perfectly to keep us cool and we didn’t feel like it was too loud, it was a nice white noise. The staff were lovely too :) Not a bad thing to say about this place
