The staff are incredible, the hotel is lovely. Beds are comfortable and very quiet.

The restaurant was very good and well priced
I booked on booking and the room was not appropriate for my disabled husband. He cannot lift his leg over a bathtub.. I asked for a chair in the shower. We got a chair in the bathtub. We had to pay an extra $300. which I agreed to. They charged me an extra $363.66. That included re taxing me on the tax I already paid on Booking.com

Perfect location and very clean. Staff were wonderful
Pet friendly room was right at end on ground floor so couldn’t open glass door at night. The restaurant was expensive and found food below par (eggs benny was awful and tea was cold)

Disruption in the middle of night with loud crowd on 2nd floor on friday night 230am. Complained and wasnt able to sleep after till past 4am. Security did take care of this after they were notified but it was already too late to rest.
Next day, while trying to rest again, maintenance started drilling upstairs, hence , 1.5 days wasted just trying to rest after travelling.
Room is lacking upgrading.
No mugs for tea in room, only for coffee small lungo.
No rinse glasses in washroom.
Coffee machine located in awkward drawer.
No kettle
No In room slippers
Bathroom needs upgrades
No water offered in room , not even as 2 bottles welcome gesture. Had to buy downstairs or fill from tap 🤔
HVAC makes so much random noises.
