    The location was perfect for walking and shopping complemented by attentive staff and reliable housekeeping. The bathroom facilities were well-maintained, the gym and pool added a nice touch to the overall amenities. While cleanliness and some facilities could be improved slightly, the value for money made the stay worthwhile!

    We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Grand Pacific. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team was warm, welcoming, and very professional. They made check-in smooth and made us feel genuinely taken care of. We were also very grateful to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our family stay even more special and comfortable. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious, and perfect for our family with young children. The staff were all exceptional — friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is also amazing, close to the Inner Harbour and many beautiful spots in Victoria. Thank you, Hotel Grand Pacific, for making our trip memorable. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to other families.

    The stay was great and the hotel location is amazing. The hotel has everything you would want and walking distance to everything in Victoria. Right across the street from the harbour and the parliament buildings. Only negative was a busy check-in and even though I booked a king bed and the receipt said king bed they told me there was no guarantee of that booking with a third party. We were given a room with two double beds. After returning to front desk and explaining why I wanted a king room they did find us one on the same floor.

    We were initially offered a choice between a harbour view and a city view, and were advised that the city view would be best for watching the sunset. After seeing our room, we contacted the front desk to request a change to a harbour view, but were informed this would now incur an additional $100 fee, which felt misleading. Room was overpriced.
