The parking garage was very confusing. I had to go up to the front desk twice after checking in to get an explanation about where to park. I got incorrect information from the person at the front desk twice until someone else stepped in to help me. It was very frustrating having to come up from the parking garage twice to get the correct information.

Pa8d over 650 for 2 nights, had better.

No tooth brush or tooth paste, no conditioner in Room 228, daily parking was 14 dollars sign posted, we stayed less that 2 days and got billed 49. Had 1 order of pancakes take out and nearly 25 dollars. Wall paper in bedroom peeling off the wall

Enjoyed staying downtown during Christmas season

Love the location and the gingerbread display. The pool was great.

Terrible TV menu. On rainy winter nights we watch TV in our rooms. Some weird incorrect guide on the TV didn't correspond at all, called service who brought up a printout of the proper one. Should have already been in the room. Really poor choice of channels, e.g. no Global, CNN. Proper movie channel wld be nice, Showcase had really old ones.

We arrived for peace and relaxation. Done!

The location from our float plane arrival was ideal. View of the harbour and parliament building was exceptional. Walking distance to just about everything for a daily activity.

Sharing the pool facilities with the locals was not very enjoyable. My partner and I found it difficult to relax in the amenities.

The spacious room looked out on to the marina. Amenities, such as the shower and tub were well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. Though we were next to the elevator, it did not disturb us.

The view was spectacular and the room luxurious. It was writhing walking distance of the downtown and the harbour(being across the street).

Parking for visitors was a little challenging if we didn’t want to take advantage of the valet service.

Incredible location, super comfy rooms with great leisure facilities.

The hotel is in the most amazing location just on the shoulder of the main high street but without feeling like you’re in a busy area. The pool and leisure facilities were also great! Our room was super comfy and the staff were all absolutely lovely so we couldn’t have really asked for more!

Wonderful location on the harbour. 5 minute walk to Museum and IMAX. Walking distance to restaurants, China Town, etc. Suite is great for a family of four. Best health club and pool of any hotel... anywhere. Second time staying here and will stay here next time we go to Victoria.

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything in the Harbor. The room was great as well.

To have a dog friendly room, we had to pay for a suite which cost a lot more than a regular room and had a street view instead of a harbor view.

Perfect weather great location for the ferry bus, water taxis, bars and restaurants

Location was brilliant and we had a beautiful view of the harbour and a little balcony. Our room was very quiet, the bed comfy and the shower nice and hot. Breakfast was OK, but not buffet style, and their idea of granola ,fruit and yoghurt was not the same as mine!!

Nice hotel, nice gesture but marred

Lovely location

On our honeymoon and staff very kindly gave us two dessert vouchers. However we were in Victoria for one night and didn’t want to dine in the hotel. We had an alcoholic beverage and a cup of tea later that evening and asked if we could use one of the vouchers for THE TEA, not the alcohol, and were told no. Tea was about $5 as opposed to dessert which was about $20 so a fair compromise. Told no. Mentioned it at the desk the next morning and was just told no again. Rude and quite abrupt, as if we were being unresonable.

Great location and comfortable stay.

Wonderful location close to the wharf and downtown. Our room had a beautiful view. Although a bit dated, this hotel is well kept and well appointed. Parking was convenient and there was EV charging for a small fee. The bed was firm, which I appreciated and my partner disliked.

The only downer is that the decor is dated and therefore some aspects need to be refreshed and updated.

The carpet and fabric covered furnishings in our room were disgustingly dirty! Every time we stepped into the shower dirt washed off the bottoms of our feet! It was really bad!

We had a great time starting our trip there very comfortable and friendly to all visitors.

It’s a beautiful location and hotel, very fancy and friendly. Everything about it screams beautiful the rooms are very nice and it is a great location for travellers.

Some items looked slightly outdated that might have been the overall style of the room but unsure also when looking for ice we found an empty ice room but overall a nice clean stay.

It was so lovely to be in Victoria. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect!

the view from our 8th floor balcony was a city view. It was so perfect! We could hear the clip-clop of the horse and buggys as they travelled down our road. The bagpipers were playing across the road from our hotel. We watched not 1, not 2 BUT three lovely ships arrive early evening and watched them depart, fully lit up in the night. We enjoyed in room breakfast service before checking out in the morning. It's the first time I've been out of town since COVID!. Thank you for the lovely visit.

We are used to a HUGE wall mounted TV at home. This rooms TV was tiny. However we weren't there to sit and watch TV!
