The room was cleaned with all the necessities, and the service was excellent. The place is run by a very friendly group of ladies who make you feel right at home. We had a choice of breakfast from a small menu; everything was good. Muffins were home-baked. Location couldn't be better; we walked from there to all the places we visited in Victoria. We plan to stay at this BandB on our next trip to Victoria.
