Check-in was slow, waited for customers ahead of struggling with the disgusting process. We struggled also, entering personal info on a touch screen that could be barely seen. Desk person refused to enter info in his computer from my ID that had demographic information. Dirty,cluttered hallways. Room was.clean. Toilet was so low and small, jammed under a shelf so that lid and seat wouldn't stay up for male use.. Breakfast had good selection and was tasty.

We have stayed in many hotels in Victoria and have always said we need to stay at the Huntington one day. We are sorry we waited so long. It’s a beautiful historic building with modern amenities and renovated rooms. Our room had everything we needed including the kitchen. Ideal for short or longer stays. The well staffed kitchen provided a great buffet breakfast that was included to make the stay even more economical. an added bonus was 4 hours of free charging for our EV. I didn’t spend a penny on fuel on this trip from Vancouver.

The staff were very professional and helpful. Kudos to the breakfast staff who were friendly and efficient. Special thanks to staff member Edrezia (hope I spelled that right) who helped us through a room change due to a broken piece on the toilet. She was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Give her a raise! :D

Comfortable Stay in a Convenient Location We found the hotel to be quite comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the beds were nice and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is very convenient—within walking distance of downtown, the marina, and several local attractions—yet the hotel itself is quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the busier areas. Overall, it’s a practical and pleasant option for anyone looking to stay close to the heart of the city without sacrificing comfort.

The building and grounds were beautiful and the staff was exceptional! Great breakfast as well. We very much enjoyed our stay. The one criticism was the room layout. We found the room awkward for a stay for four. A second television upstairs would be suggested as well. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you

The hotel is located in a great area overlooking the Inner Harbour, right downtown and walkable to all the tourist attractions. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. However, noise was a problem sometimes as you could hear people walking above you due to the bare floors. Best to ask for a room on the 3rd floor. The included breakfast was very good. Good selection of hot and cold items in a bright breakfast room.

I received an upgrade to a king bedroom and the fridge was so noisy that we didn’t sleep very well. I think they have to take care of those details as they make the difference between a pleasant and unpleasant stay. The location is very good and the breakfast was good enough.
