I was not impressed as it was loud. My neighbours and housekeeping staff were loud. Walls are thin.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.

Housekeeping staff. Extremely loud in the hallways talking to each other. Even worse, watching loud video clips on their phones right outside our room. It woke us up!

Getting Van from airport did not happen. We waited 45 minutes for Van. Our reservation did not include appropriate description of Van. Long wait in the evening in the cold outside after 15 hours of travel. Finally ended up taking a taxi. Good part was that hotel paid for taxi.

The room was very clean.

There was a very strong smell of cleaner in the room and the window wouldn’t open, so I had to keep the door open and the bathroom fan on to try to remove it. It was not possible to remove the smell entirely before I had to sleep though. The heater in the room was quite loud. No fitness room.

Found a bug in the bed but not the bed bug kind. It was right inside the bed and looked like a small flying thing that maybe had flown in previously. I was surprised when I pulled back the sheet to get in. I scooped it into a cup. They only had coffee and no tea bags for brewing etc. sheets were nice and crisp clean though. A bit jaded rugs in hallway. Overall clean.

Would come back any time

There was a power outage when I arrived, staff very helpful with check in and luggage. Left before breakfast time, but was offered to have a snack prepared ☺️

The shuttle driver wouldn’t go all the way to the hotel, he said it was too dangerous without the traffic lights ( power outage ). He left me crossing the busy street on my own with my luggage.

inexpensive and convienient night sleep before travel

We had an early flight and could not rely on BC Ferries to make the connection, this hotel was at a great price point, great location , free shuttle to the airport and provided a simple but nutritional free breakfast option- scrambled eggs and ham, plus cereals and bagels- the locatioon was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping, felt very safe walking, the room was clean and comfortable. and quiet during our stay in Mid September.

The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed having breakfast and the airport shuttle provided. The location suited our needs. The staff were great … friendly and helpful.

The view of a parking lot from our room. I would recommend updating the toilets for environmental reasons… it used 16 litres of water per flush (ours at home uses 2 litres) and takes a long, loud time to flush.

Perfect for our close-to-the-airport needs.

Conveniently located close to the airport with a shuttle available. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Accommodation, although a bit dated, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and very much appreciated.

Room was dated, carpet needed a steam clean, bathroom counter & toilet were very low to ground! Also some patching jobs in bathroom hadn’t been finished. Breakfast eggs & slices of deli ham were cold and totally unappealing. Light the Bunsen burner under chafing dish!!! And do sausage or bacon - not that so called ham. There was a good selection of muffins, croissants, bagels however. And the coffee was pretty good!

Not in the greatest of locations On a main road, not much around within walking distance Basic and tired looking Room overall clean, however there was rubbish in the ice bucket from previous guests!! So obviously not properly checked! Why someone would stuff litter in there when there 2 bins is beyond me, but that's another story. Minor thing, but put me off.
