Honestly thought the room would be terrible. It was next to the laundry, downstairs on a busy street. It was not! No noise from the laundry or the street. The room was very large, clean, nice bathroom, nice size flatscreen. Would gladly take this room again. Staff was friendly.

My son and I had a couple of days to explore in Vancouver before leaving on our Alaskan cruise. We were picked up by a complimentary van at the airport, which was very nice. We arrived early thinking we wouldn't be able to check into our room, but it was ready. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and our beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Hot scrambled eggs, ham, bread, bagels and huge muffins as well as cereal , fruit, juices and hot coffee. It was a great way to start out our full day tours! The staff in the breakfast area were also very friendly. We will definitely come back if we return to Vancouver for another visit. We highly recommend the SureStay by Best Western at the Richmond Vancouver Airport.

Everything is good. Free underground parking with large lot. Shuttle bus provides easy and convenient way from and to the airport. Excellent stuff helps a lot like luggage keeping and other needs. Breakfast is OK with some choices. Pretty clean room as they preform the clean job daily. Stayed in this hotel many time and it does meet the expectations.

I got the staff were great. A female staff on duty when I arrived was helping a woman who had been staying at the hotel for a while. She was super patient and really helpful and kind. I really like seeing that in a hotel. The man who helped me was also excellent and help me figure out when to take the shuttle to the airport. They were just great.
