Room was lovely, however we had the family room that sleeps 6 and it was right beside the elevator and all we heard all night was the elevator going up and down.

Really attentive staff at the front desk who tried to help. Property was within walking distance of restaurants and groceries for breakfast. The room design was awful - 2 bedrooms with a bathroom between. It was awkward because when someone was using the toilet or shower, you were stuck where you were until they were out of the bathroom.

Loved our stay. Service is excellent. Allowed us to check in early, kept our luggages before the check-in, room is spacious, quiet and clean. Also reserved courtesy shuffle for 3:30am to accommodate our early morning flight. The best Marriott property that we stayed. Thank you!

The entire stay was excellent. We arrived early, but the front desk allowed us to check outrageous amounts of luggage, and gave us recommendations about how to spend our day in Vancouver. We elected to eat at the hotel restaurant, and our server, Lisa, was wonderful! She was one of the high points of our entire trip!

Stayed at the Marriott for our last night in Vancouver so we could pay for late check out & get an aiport shuttle. Staff stored our bags when we arrived eearly from prior accommodation & also stored them an additional hour after check out while we grabbed some tea. We were able to use rhe pool while waiting for our room to be ready buffet breakfast was great. Cant fault the stay

The pool was empty. The hot tub was not functioning and they had a note in the elevator explaining it was closed for annual maintenance. It really didn’t make sense because it’s July and being in Canada you would think they would do the annual maintenance in the winter, it was really disappointing not to have a swimming pool on hot days outside we stayed four nights and I didn’t want to see anyone doing any maintenance on the pool so it’s some excuse for not having the pool functioning.

It would've been great if parking is free and more spots reserved by the entrance for people to at least check in. If you have no problem with mobility then you will be satisfied staying in this hotel. It was a nice stay overall.

Room was not as in the pictures. Way smaller and less appealing comparing to pictures. Front door was not opening with one swipe. Had to swipe multiple times. Very old room. Front desk was not helpful even though I asked for couple of hours for late check out because my flight was at night. They said I had to pay full amount for a night. didn’t even arrange another space for affordable price for couple of hours. Overall very bad experience. Will not recommend to anyone.

I stayed at this hotel as an Expedia Gold member and a Marriott Silver Elite member. I booked a VIP Access room, which included late check-out as one of the listed benefits (subject to availability). During my stay, I requested late check-out but was informed that it wasn’t possible due to internal policies. This was disappointing, as I’ve consistently booked through Expedia and have had positive experiences with the VIP Access benefits in the past. The room and stay were otherwise pleasant. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve communication around how VIP benefits are honored.
