It's a place to lay your head

It was affordable, and the free airport shuttle was a real bonus! Loved the hot tub too

They shut my key off early so I had to be let back into my room to get my gear. The night staff were lovely, but the morning crew were cold. My shower ran and my fridge made noises, the old building is in rough shape.

The staff were very friendly top to bottom.

The buildings were confusing and I disliked that the pool and the hot tub were in seperate buildings. I like to relax while kids play not sit in a chair cold.

A bit run down. It looks like it was once a lovely property. Halls had tatty carpets with an unpleasant dusty floral smell. Plants half dead. Better to have no plants than dying plants. Poor directional signs. Large property with no directions back to front desk. First shuttle driver at night was awful. I’m 67 and he asked me to lift my suitcase into the back of the van. Long wait for him. The morning driver was great. Front desk staff very nice. Most important thing was the absence of scents in the room. Thank you.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Noisy, dirty, and completely mismanaged.

The hotel was quite old and outdated. The elevator was out of service during our entire stay and the only way to reach our room was through a narrow stairway that had spiders and stains on the walls and floor. The parking situation was terrible. There were very few spots available and guests were only allowed to park on the 3rd and 5th floor and around the building. We ended up circling the hotel about five times before finally finding someone leaving so we could park. A cosplay convention was taking place at the same time in the hotel, which turned out to be a nightmare. Guests in costumes were howling, making cat noises, and blasting loud music until around 4 a.m. I called the front desk twice, but they said there was nothing they could do and that we should expect some noise since it's a hotel. However, the situation went far beyond normal noise levels and people were banging on walls and smoking weed from their balconies all night. The hotel offered earplugs, but by then I was completely done with the experience. I would not recommend this place at all, especially if they're hosting large groups or conventions during your stay. If you actually want to sleep in peace, stay somewhere else.

Good hotel option near the airport

The staff were always helpful anytime we needed. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable! Also in a great location to restaurants and bars away from the airport.

The only real downside I have to say is the shuttle was skipped during one of their "30 minute" schedules in the evening. After a long haul flight my dad was very tired, and we were told to just wait for the next shuttle as he was busy with airline crew. It's something small but I will choose my original hotel when traveling next month. A little disheartening when you see every other hotel shuttle flying by 3 times.

3 day visit

The Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Also, the Maintenance Technician was wonderful! My travel partner and I arrived earlier than check-in time, so we were invited to do a secure baggage check until that time came. We'd opted to take a short walk around and when we returned, to my surprise we were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The views were spectacular, the room was clean and well equipped. We'd just come from a conference so the large bed was extremely appreciated. Great location, close to shopping areas, transit line, fitness activities and the airport.

The pool and hot tub being in separate areas. This one couple tried kicking us out of the hot tub area because they wanted it to themselves. But we just got in there. So we didn’t stay long

Very close to Richmond Mall (walkable) and lots of restaurants nearby.

Room was very spacious for a family of 4; everything was really clean. Had no expectations for the sofa bed but it was very comfortable.

Room was a bit dark as there are no ceiling lights. The hotel is huge, we were in the other building so walking to the lobby felt a bit far.

The staff were not friendly - basically went through with the security deposit without telling me what all that was , all the extra security deposits ( esp if we’re only staying a night), made a big deal about late check out just for 11am ( left 10am anyways),

Location is good. Room was very clean and nice. Staff were very helpful. Specially Sonia and Daniela were best at the front desk. I am also in customer facing role and I can see both of them progressing in their field due to their ability to make customer feel comfortable.

It was out most expensive night in Canada and it fell a little short but still could be excellent.

The location is great. The apartment accomodation is very good and comfortable, the kitchen is very usable. It is a nice foyer and the staff were pleasant. The airport transfer was reliable.

The balcony was dirty and the kitchen is short of crockery/utensils. Generally the apartment is a little tired. We did experience the water coming from above balconies both visually and physically. The swimming pool is out of commission.
