Very disappointing

Location

I messaged the property about the airport transfer from Vancouver, never received a reply. Had to ring them when I got there to find out about the shuttle. Should not have bothered and booked a taxi. The shuttle wait is ridiculous. When we finally got to the hotel we did not know there was no dinner after 10pm. Found out the hard way. Be really good if the staff would notify people at check in about services. Of course at midnight new years eve the fire alarms went off. Oh well. Last time for us.

Lovely and comfortable stay for a working or a leisure trip with many amenities available by foot.

The room was lovely and spacious. Separating the two beds by a washroom is a great idea; it gives the feeling of two bedrooms. The bottled water and coffee machine were a nice touch. The live music in the restaurant was lovely.

It would be nice if rooms had a small sitting area where one could enjoy a glass of wine. The foyer's seating area is lovely; however, not being permitted to have a glass of wine to enjoy the space leaves few options. My work computer wouldn't connect to the internet, it would be nice to have a working computer space for those moments in the foyer.

The room was beautiful, the location was central, and the staff were lovely.

The towels had hair and makeup on them. The staff promptly brought us new ones. There was a lot of loud hammering in the suite next to us. It took staff a while to respond to it.

They let us into our room as soon as we arrived. Cavy restaurant had good food.

pleasant but a bit pricey due to peak booking week with conferences nearby

it was convenient as it was close to my relatives and friends. plus parking on premises. I like the bathroom with new shower cabinet and it was clean. no mildew.

couldn’t get a coffee or a bakery nearby as breakfast at hotels is usually not my preference. housekeeping didn’t check the state of the kettle I asked for before delivery. it was moldy and burnt particles inside the kettle. it was disgusting.

Convenient location to get to downtown Vancouver

Check in and out was efficient. They held the room for us as our flight arrived late at night. Comfortable beds and clean. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated.

No Airport shuttle due to the labor dispute. We stayed in a Junior suite. While the beds were comfortable, the sofa bed was not. This room was tired looking and due for an update. Price of the room was crazy expensive (more than $700 CAD) for 3-star hotel.

Close to airport, convenient to downtown Vancouver

Our room was a double Queen room. Beds were extremely comfortable and grateful for the extra pillow that was not a down pillow. Room was clean and a decent size. Check in and out was efficient. Sky train and a White Spot restaurant for breakfast was not too far and a walkable few blocks away.

No airport shuttle due to the labor dispute, which was the main reason for booking this hotel. I realize that it is peak season and will always have guests because of proximity to the airport, but with no extra little amenities in the room that are appreciated or complimentary breakfast, the price is obscene for a 3-star hotel. (More than $630CAD/night). Don’t pay for the breakfast if you do not get it complimentary! Walk to the White Spot or Starbucks which are a few blocks away.

A perfect night before an early flight.

It ticked the box for what we needed. The staff were friendly and engaging. We had an early morning flight so was perfect for the stay been close to the airport. Parking is extra. When we booked this hotel we thought we’d drop the hire car off the evening before and use the hotel shuttle bus to the airport the next day, when we checked in I discovered that the shuttle bus staff were striking so no transport available other than booking a taxi. The hotel were very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault, we kept our hire car and they gave us free parking for the inconvenience.

The hotel didn’t feel in a nice area of Vancouver so didn’t venture out.

THe hotel is ondergoing renovations in the main areas, with the rooms already done. However the rooms/hallways still look dated. A renovation is more than moving in new furniture.
