We just happened to come across this hotel and we were so pleased with how clean and comfortable the stay was that we extended our stay another night. The surrounding town was very cozy and had great food! We are definitely coming back to stay at this hotel whenever we’re in town.

Checked into 3 rooms coming as a family of 10. Encountered problems from the beginning as the hotel did not inform us that they were reception free. Apparently check in was via code to be sent upon check in. No code was sent, forcing us to call the hotel. The process for receiving the room code was very complicated as well forcing members of our party including children and senior citizens to remain outside while all requirements were sent. Room was fully equipped with everything needed for a family to stay. Washing machine, dryer, full kitchen set. Plates glasses and etc Room cleaning was only done once during our 6 night stay. Wifi dropped during the first night. Hot water is limited and though the hotel provides bath tubs, it is impossible to shower and hot tub after as hot water will run out after showering. Hotel gave us late check out which we appreciate however made the mistake of checking out 1 room at 12:30am of checkout day instead of 12:30pm. Thus locking out members of my family after they left for coffee in the morning. Guest services is composed of multiple staff who fail to follow email/message trails and forced me to explain, reexplain requests multiple times. Only bright side is the filipino supervisor ms. Jane who assisted us multiple times and was a big help upon check in and checkout. I rarely leave reviews but felt the need to do so since i feel the hotel and agoda should make a greater effort to inform guests that the hotel is a fully electronic one. Noticed multiple guests arriving on different days and being unable to check in because of aforementioned issues. Most were families with young kids as well.

Good nice location, new amenities and in unit washer dryer was perfect for littles that eat messy. Parking also convenient , though signage could be better labled/easier to see. We originally booked 1 room.with 2 beds, 1 room with 1 bed and a pull out, but ended up being 2 rooms with 1 bed and a pull out. It was fine for our arrangement though not the preferred.

Very new rooms and great location. There’s only housekeeping once for every 7 days of your stay. Additionally, the check-in process is unclear as there is no reception or staff at the property.
