Check in was a breeze, having done it before we arrived. It seemed like our room wasn't available so they "upgraded" us to a condo which had a nice living room with a big tv and the blue jays game. The bed was comfy. The bathroom fan in the upstairs bathroom didn't seem to shut off, and that was the only complaint. Airport shuttle was great and we also loved the restaurant.

The bathroom door was unable to close. Noisy outside the window where the parking lot is. Shuttle service is very good, on time. Location is good, close to Light Rail Transit and shopping centre. Lots of restaurants close by.

We thought this was good value, the suite was large had all catering requirements. We only waited 7 mins for shuttle bus. Yes its a bit dated but that did not matter, as the suite exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. I would recommend this hotel.

I won’t believe your reviews in future as the room bad smelly when in, and also it has not good for pest control. Many tiny gnats/ pest especially in washroom. The air conditioning is not good as it seems can’t be controlled more or less temperature. Even changed to heat that it doesn’t work. I use my own sleeper which I found the back of it terrible because of the floor dirty/sticky. I finally put my sleeper to bin. This is my bad experience and won’t be stay again in future.

Clean & very comfortable bed. Complementary breakfast, ordered fom menu. Very friendly & helpful people at desk. Very pleased to have a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom. Biggest complaint was no complementary coffee & water in the lobby for my husband who gets up really early & works on his computer.

First, the bad: I'm not certain, but I think I felt a bug crawling on my arm while I was sleeping. It wasnt a dream as I was awake anyway, since my daughter was keeping me up (not the hotel's fault). I know this is a bad thing to write if I cant prove it, but it greatly affected my memory of the hotel. The bed itself was comfortable but the A/C was turned up much too high and I had to spend a bit of time getting the temperature suitable. I think I would stay there again if I had a better room (we had a double room but switched to a suite because the price was marked down at the last minute.) The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and its a short, convenient shuttle ride to the airport.

We booked and paid for a dbl bed room, that appeared renovated/newer as advertised and was put into a 2 bedroom apartment that is very dated and worn. Linens were clean. Toilet didn't flush properly. 2nd bed was only a twin. Not impressed!
