We’re not a polished hotel. We’re a farmhouse-style guest house with a hostel-friendly price tag and a bit of Fawlty Towers chaos thrown in for good measure. Clean rooms, a regular Canadian family, and the freedom to come and go as you please — no formal breakfast service, no forced small talk, just an authentic, budget-friendly base in Richmond.

We’re steps from the bus stop. Five minutes to Richmond Centre and the Canada Line — downtown Vancouver in under 30 minutes. Less than 10 minutes by car to YVR airport. Perfect for early flights, late arrivals, and everything in between.
You’ll have use of the outdoor pool (seasonal), deck, and outdoor fireplace. Free WiFi and free street parking included.

• Microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, refrigerator

• Locking door with your own key — come and go freely.
We have a small, friendly, non-shedding dog. He might bark when you first arrive (give him two minutes), then he’ll probably try to get you to play ball. Most people with fur allergies do just fine around him.
We don’t use pesticides. Nature occasionally finds its way in — if that bothers you, this might not be your place.
We’re more guest-house / farmhouse than traditional BnB, with hostel-level prices and zero pretension. Clean, safe, convenient, and genuinely budget-friendly. Integrate with the household or keep to yourself — no pressure either way.

Loved our stay at this property. Excellent location close to transit so we could easily explore all that Richmond and Vancouver had to offer. Close to the airport and located in a lovely and safe neighborhood.
Clean property with lots amenities including a pool. Hosts were incredibly communicative and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Tammy and Will were such lovely hosts! We were provided with everything we needed. The property and surrounding neighborhood were incredibly beautiful! We definitely recommend staying here!
