As good as it gets.

Nothing has changed since the last rating I gave for this place except for the weather which has only gotten better. Nina even addressed my only complaint in the last rating about the tv in my room which is too high to view comfortably. She will have her handyman Marco lower it. Thanks Nina!

Nothing is perfect in this world but Nina is working hard at coming close with her BNB.

Nina asked me to give a good review for this property and I have no problem with that. I feel right at home here and decided to stay on for at least another two weeks. I have not a single complaint. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and (there is even a rice cooker) and utensils so I had no problem finding the right tool to prepare meals. Everything is spotless. Stephanie, the house cleaner, does a great job. Not a ripple on that bed once she had changed it.

I guess that, if I have to answer this question, I'd have to say that the TV in Room 2 is too high on the wall and at an awkward angle to watch comfortably so I had to resort to watching TV in the living room. Only thing is that I had fewer options on that set as I couldn't sign on to Netflix. That's it.

Terrible - did not stay there.

This place was completely misrepresented on Booking.com. We thought it was a small hotel/inn. When we got there it was in a residential area and there was no-one there to check us in. a "property manager" living in a decrepit RV in the driveway attempted to let us in with his keys. We felt so uncomfortable with the situation that we did not want to stay there and left immediately without using the room. A complete disaster!! WE WERE FORCED TO DRIVE AROUND THE AREA AND IT TOOK 2 HOURS FOR US TO FIND ACCOMMODATION. We finally checked in at the Abercorn Hotel - a lovely place!!!

How much peaceful and clean the place was.

Room with queen bed was so small and the natrual light wasn't that much but other things were amazing. Especially the house owner was so respectful and kind.

Cleaning facilities in between guests is needed...bathroom was not clean. Location great.

Cleanliness was VERY poor even after they tried to clean things I pointed out upon arrival! Toilet, sink, mirror, floor, bath mat, garbage can in bathroom all needed addressing. I pointed it out to them & they said another client must have used our bathroom. They should have done a quick check before I arrived of any items woukd have indicated that a thorough cleaning was needed. Dried urine spots, hair, dust on back of toilet was disgusting! Kitchen table was not clean. When leaving, I looked under bed to make sure did not forget anything and saw a used straw from previous client. Should have looked everything over before staying. Location was great.

I fled the place not fit for occupancy

it is a dump, you should check it out yourself, I was only there for 30 minutes. Fortunately I got my Thai Pass and went back to the airport. I would have not stayed regardless. the photos look good but the place is a DUMP did no return payment, kept full amount violating their own cancellation policy.

Quite, Clean , close to the Airport

The location is good close to the airport and shopping. Easy check in by self checking code. The room is clean and quite with high speed Wifi . The kitchen has full cooking facility and refrigerator with free tea and coffee. It helped you preparing all the meals including the breakfast. The parking is free and easy at the street side. Ironwood mall is close by and you could find all the grocery shopping and coffee and restarunts.
