Good location, easy to find and good access to public transit and local stores. The agent was very helpful, and generally the entry instuctions were good. Room was clean and comfortable and had good lighting for reading
It was not clear to me that the door handle for the room IS the keypad for entry. You have to touch the handle until it lights up - and don't omit the * at the end! Also, there was no spare toilet paper and none appeared the day after I asked for it.

Location was great, overall not a bad experience. Not great either.
The bathroom was usually dirty and lacking toilet paper. The bathroom door was not locking properly, you have to lift it a bit so it can actually lock.. The walls we`re very thin, could hear other people/noise very easily. The room floors did not look very clean and the slipers they provided were used and dirty. Overall it wasn`t a bad experience just not very clean.
