The house was very cozy and felt warm and welcoming. Spacious with plenty of room to relax and move around.
House was fully equipped, I had everything I needed for cooking and resting. Very clean and well maintained.
Quiet neighborhood, great for a peaceful stay.

The room was huge. The bed was very big and very comfortable. Location was excellent. On a good bus route - 10 minutes to a Safeway supermarket and 15 minutes to Save on Foods at UBC.House was very warm. In a quiet residential area. Great living room. Shower very good. Good value for money-you get what you pay for. Garden is a little sun trap when the sun is shining. Simone very responsive to my messages. She offered a clean of room and new towels as I was there for a long stay. Bedding was also changed.
It is an older property and would benefit from a bit of TLC. A bedside lamp and a chair in the room would have been nice. Unfortunately the bath was out of order during my visit which was a shame as it was a huge bath that would have been nice to use. The steps up to front door can get slippery in wet weather but there are 2 hand rails. Plants could do with trimming back for easier access to handrails. If you have the queen room you may need eye shades to sleep as one of the neighbours has a security light that shines directly into room.

I liked the location and how accessible public transportation was and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The house itself was very lovely and indeed cozy.
There wasn't much I was unhappy about, it was all in all a nice stay.

There was a motion sensor light outside the bedroom window that kept going off while we were trying to sleep. That paired with the hard bed meant a terrible sleep.
