Cozy Dunbar 5 Beds Home with Views, Near UBC, DT, YVR

Quiet neighborhood, easy to get out of and get to. Amenities were good. Would recommend.

Location wise, a bit far from shops, but that can be managed

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The beautiful garden and terrace were lovely places to relax. The kitchenware and tableware are cleaned and disinfected daily, which gave us extra peace of mind. The price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money without compromising on comfort. It’s clear that the hosts personally take great care of the property and pass the savings on to their guests. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to UBC, downtown Vancouver, and public transportation. Highly recommended!

The below ground suite was very nice for our 2-couple party of 4! The spacious combined kitchen/living area worked great for socializing and snacking together.

Coffee other than caramel. Some half n half creamers would be esp nice.

House is generally pleasant, livingroom and esp outdoor patio area. Enjoyed the lovely garden plantings!

If you're a light sleeper, the 1st floor room window is blasted by a motion detector light, on and off many times during the night. Altho there was a curtain, we needed some fresh air too so wanted the window open. Caramel coffee? Ugh, just please provide some good reg grounds or don't bother! There was some serious communication problems about checking in. We arrived after the required time and still had to wait 20 minutes to get the entrance code.
