The place was clean and the room was comfortable.
Didn't like the price at all for a bedroom up two considerable flights of stairs - one outside and then one inside. Also, no TV in the room. But we were unfortunately visiting during the FIFA events, and Vancouver lost their mind when it came to rental prices! I was aware of the inner flight of steps before booking, so it wasn't a complete surprise.

Great room, nicely furnished and very, very clean. Bathroom with good quality cosmetics and snow-white towels. You can use kitchen and a storage place if you need to.
Close to city transit, shops and restaurants in the area. Quiet surroundings. Good wifi.
Hosts are discreet, you can always contact them and they reply fast.
