Even though I informed the counter personnel that I had to leave early for the airport several times, and they said that someone would be there, there was no one at the counter when I had to leave, my Uber was already waiting and almost left, so I left the keys and a note at the desk. Now they are messaging me that I should pay a late fee

This is a fantastic location for travelers. There is only one drawback... at night, you might have difficulty sleeping with the noise from the neighboring nightclubs. Plan accordingly and enjoy the rest of the great benefits this place has to offer.

For the price point of staying in downtown Vancouver, you're really just getting a bed to sleep in. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The shared bathrooms are small. My mattress was so worn that the middle had a massive dent in it, and the building is always loud; bring earplugs with you! If you're looking for a very convenient, central location and a bed to sleep in for the cheap, this is the place.

This property is adjacent to a very noisy bar. The website is misleading because it suggests you can get a free SIM card, which is not true. Suggests that you can have one person per room, which is not true. I felt completely misled by the information on Expedia

Clean and comfy bed, we have private room so whole room was great for space though small as like any accommodation in an older style building. Service at front desk was friendly with each passing as well as check in and departure. Bathrooms well equipped & extremely clean and looked after.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was cleaned and neat as well as well organizing all the places, loved kitchen interior. I loved my room. The employee was super nice and let me stay one bedroom alone when there is a space available. This is fantastic customer service that I had. Great location. Walked from the hullo ferry and to our concert at Roger’s centre. Neat to be tied to a pub next door. Nothing luxury but gave us what we needed. Felt slightly over priced for a shared bathroom. But it is downtown

The location for downtown is fantastic, my room facing the street was loud a night from the bar below and street noise. The kitchen/ lounge was fantastic, lots of room for food and complete kitchen to cook in and friendly atmosphere to meet new friends. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were hot and spacious. The bunkers were comfortable for bunk bed and the bedding was fine. The security storage under the bed fit my open carry on bag and other personal items. I purchased a lock they offered for $10 and felt very secure with my belongings. The security was excellent and the staff very helpful. I checked out and left my bags in a secure space until 5 pm.

I had a good time and experience at this hostel. Close to downtown and important attractions. Just make sure to pack a towel with you. They have towels but you have to pay. Otherwise, it is a nice hostel.

Great staff… comfy room, stayed in the Seymour suite and it was lovely… clean… shared bathroom looked brand new… super clean… attached pub had awesome food… was a quick walk up the street from the waterfront station at the end of the Airport Canada line and pretty short walk to the cruise port. Great value!
