Staff was really friendly, the room was clean and organized. Check in and out was fast and easy! The location was great as well since it is close to downtown without being too busy. Highly recommend! I will be back to this hotel for my next stay in Vancouver!

The room was really clean. There was some missing toiletries but the stafd were really accomodating and gave us what we need. The location is great.
