Welcome to our brand-new guest house in Vancouver West! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is perfect for families or groups. Enjoy a large open green park right in front, easy access to transit, and a short drive to UBC, Downtown, and the beach. Each room has its own heating & A/C control, plus a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry.
