Master Bedroom with Two Queen Sized Bed

Beautiful home, comfortable beds, very clean. Nice jacuzzi tub. Fun equestrian themed wallpaper and curtains.

No blackout curtain or blind, so the room was never really dark. A/C shared, not allowed to change temperature, it was too warm for me. This was not explained in the ad. Literally picked this place because it had a/c. Automatic light in the bathroom was horrible…i do not want a bright light blinding me every time I have to go to the washroom. No top sheet on beds so you either use the comforter or nothing. When I stay at a hotel or b&b, my review reflects how well I slept there…everything else is unimportant.

Room not ready when we arrived at 3pm check-in with no direction on where to go to wait for a half hour, kitchen offered nothing, room had no washclothes or handtowels-even after asking for them when THEY messaged me on how things were going. I also asked for Kpods and cream for coffee machine with no response. Cleaning lady was steam cleaning a rug right outside our room door at 9am the second morning without checking if we were even awake. We had to walk over a massive wet carpet for the next 24 hours as it was soaked and unavoidable in order to step in any direction for five feet. The 'fitted' sheets were clean but covered in strange blotchy stains on the lower end and didn't stay on the bed-constantly tucking them in. Toilet paper was tissue paper thin-we had better toilet paper in public washrooms-little things make a huge difference.
