The rooms are comfortable. The hotel is in a great location in relation to the airport. The only downside to the hotel is that it has only one elevator. They are doing upgrades to the rooms at the moment which shows they are guest oriented.

The service at this hotel is excellent, it’s a great option for an overnight before/after a flight /travel day, the room is very clean, no smells, breakfast starts at 5:30am, standard fare, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, cereal, waffles, coffee, tea, juice. Shuttle service is excellent, well worth it to stay at this hotel! Staff are attentive & helpful

The room was good. I arrived late and checked in during the evening due to flight issues. The airport shuttle was late because the driver was on a lunch break, and I was surprised to find out that the front desk staff member was also the driver. I ended up waiting for 50 minutes. The driver was also checking his phone while driving. I noticed that nearby hotel shuttles had already returned to the airport multiple times during my wait—they were much faster. Since I checked in late I asked for late check out, thankful for allowing to stay until 12Noon but not enough rest so i ask til 1pm and have to pay $12 for it. The breakfast was not good. It was just bread, bagels, and pancakes, with very few choices, which is disappointing considering they are aligned with major names in the hotel industry

The pictures on Hotels.com do not look anything like the actual hotel. The hotel is worn, and dark. Needs some painting and an overall facelift to look like the online photos.

Hotel convenient to airport - but shuttle service is an issue - website indicates it runs every 30 minutes, but it does not and if you are dropping off a rental car, the shuttle won't pick you up unless other guest arrive at the airport who haven't checked in yet. Breakfast is OK, but not much variety.
