Nice quiet room on 12 floor , spacious, clean, quirky little elevator to go from 11to 12 floor but worked just fine

Hotel was a bit dated. Only one elevator works. Bath room is strange that the cold water side also comes with hot water sometimes. Not deterministic. Limited parking in front of the hotel. If you come late you have to park offsite on a parking building without elevator.

Room was tired looking. Shade on a lamp was broken. Bathroom had mould on the tiled enclosure. Bed chesterfield left barely enough room to get to the room door in an emergency in the dark. For the price I was very disappointed.

The location is great. The hotel is right next to three major mall/eating/shopping centers, one is directly connected to the hotel’s 2nd floor. So you can get all kinds of delicious food (especially authentic Asian food) literally right at door step. The hotel shuttle to airport is nice too. However, we waited for 35 minutes on arrival waiting for shuttle (call first and had to call again after waiting for 20 min), which was disappointing after a long travel.

There were lots of malls nearby and the Aberdeen station for the Canada line five minutes walk. The room was clean and staff were helpful.
