Beware, no shuttle to south terminal. you have to cab it or you have to go to main terminal and then get the airport shuttle which is a royal pain. Uber is about 20 bucks.

Cancellation policy was very restrictive for an airport hotel. If you are not travelling by car you might as well stay downtown and take the Canada Line to the airport. Nothing interesting about the area. No continental breakfast for early flights which to me is a standard for an airport hotel. Taxis from the airport to the nearby hotels are basically the same price as going downtown so don’t bother with that option - take a ride share or shuttle. Overall the hotel was good - standard airport hotel.

Ok for one night, are clean but probably could be modernized free shuttle is nice even though it was late going back to the airport my 40 minutes. It would be nice if there was a washing machine but there was not and there's no free breakfast of any kind.

Have stayed and knew what to expect almost...the room was partitioned separating the bedroom from the rest of the room allowing the night owl to howl. Neither of us could grasp the Samsung TV remote.
