I definitely would stay here again. Just maybe not use the lower restaurant

Great hotel. Location is perfectly located downtown. Main floor restaurant’s food was definitely lacking. Both the calamari and ceaser were exceptional salty. Dipping sauce was so hot I couldn’t taste anything after. I was warned about that but why put it on the plate if it’s that hot to receive a warning from the server. Breakfast was ok

Not worth the money! Didn’t meet expectations!

Great outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Clean rooms.

The staff working there were not very friendly or welcoming. They didn’t smile at all and were being impatient in explaining instructions. The phone in the room didn’t work at all! And the fan was way too loud and it made the room very dry even on the lowest setting.

Excellent luxury boutique hotel with the best bathrooms ever!

Everything! But especially the bathroom. Such a nice inviting tub! I am not a tub person but it was irresistible! Heated floor and they even provide bath salts. Also very nice soap, lotion, shampoo, and rinse. And a Dyson hair dryer! Very soft towels. The beds are comfy, the Italian coffee machine made nice coffee, and also a cafere of distilled water. Immaculate and very thoughtfully appointed. Very good quality, highly recommend!

The location is perfect if you want to be near the airport. It's not close to much else and not terribly scenic, but Uber available and some walkable mass transit options for e.g. Granville Island and Steveson fishing village. To be fair, this is a luxury airport hotel and they exceeded my expectations in every way.

Very helpful guy saved me a lot of money when I needed to get my laundry done! Airport shuttle worked great.

Beautiful sanctuary near the airport

It has everything we need for our quick layover in Vancouver. We loved the room! Everything in it! The bed, the smart connections, the Dyson hairdryer and the tub!

It's Not 5 Star. Service is Secondary.

The room is very good - there is some obvious wear from when I stayed a year ago - but it's still excellent.

I've stayed here 4 times. For a 5 Star hotel it's a 2 Star welcome from the front desk. The service has definitely gone downhill. I had booked with a room upgrade included - no mention of that checking in. No thank you for my repeat business. No mention about my partner's birthday - and there was a birthday snack in the room so they knew. Combined with the off-putting smell when you enter - I think it smells like Body Odor - my partner said it smells more herbal - but still not great. The lobby is so weirdly uninviting. If anything needs a revamp it's the lobby 100%. When I checked out - they didn't allow me to tap my credit card (Apple Pay) to replace the one I had on file - to pay for my two restaurant charges. I should've had just paid the restaurant directly for both charges. It's too bad Versante is so customer service unfriendly. I spent over $300 at Bruno for dinner and a breakfast and it doesn't matter to the hotel.

Although close to airport, still $30 taxi ride since shuttle has limited hours (our flight was delayed so didn’t arrive until 11:20p); hotel does not have coffee in lobby and hotel breakfast was crazy expensive; hotel felt quite cramped

Spectacular rooms, service, food and vibes

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I travel almost weekly and usually stay at the traditional hotels but wanted to try something different. I was drawn in by the photos and the reviews and I was not disappointed. The room was phenomenal. The decor, the custom lighting, the numerous outlets, stunning bathroom (with more custom lighting), coffee and snacks, cozy bed, smart tv .. the list goes on. I will be back and have already told several colleagues about it. Also. The breakfast I had at Bruno was one of the best I have ever had (seafood salad breaky plate).

Literally the only thing that could have made it better was the offer of earplugs; the road was a bit noisy.

I want to say it is the best hotel I stayed recently. The staff is nice, everything is clean and easy to use. I arrived at 1am and it’s really easy to get there from the airport. They also offer free transportation to airport.

I loved the bath, tinted glass feature, comfortableness and space. The staff were super helpful with early check in and luggage storage.

Booking for shuttle to airport - small timing issue but got to the airport with still plenty of time. Staff were super apologetic and did offer to take me separately.

This boutique hotel was amazing. It was comfortable, relatively quiet with only some road noise being noticeable, clean, with unique style, great staff and accommodation.

I didn’t find the hotels restaurant to be kid friendly (or even me friendly to be honest). It was upscale (and I’ll note, definitely in line with the hotels overall brand and vibe). So if you want other options, you have to hop on a sky train (6-8 min walk away) or get delivery as there isn’t much available close by.
