Friendly staff. Very helpful
Airport shuttle filled up quickly and we were unable to access the shuttle to get to the airport so we had to pay for a taxi. Unfortunate because that was a big driver of why we picked the property

Comfortable bed; cleanliness; complimentary breakfast
Access to plugs by bed for CPAP machines
9.0 / 10.0
The room and breakfast was very good . We chose this hotel because of the free shuttle.
6.0 / 10.0
The room was modern with lots of charging points. The hotel is well located for access to Vancouver's transit system.
Receptionist could have been friendlier. Eating breakfast in the lobby can be chilly with the outer door open frequently. Breakfast choices are limited, more suited to a quick business visit than a leisurely holiday. The room needed more towels and coffee.

The room was very spacious and came with a well-equipped kitchen. Although the hotel is not located within Whistler Village, it offers frequent shuttle service to and from the village every few minutes during the daytime. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle driver, Matthew. He was incredibly nice and funny, and I would choose this hotel again on my next visit to Whistler just because of him.
I did have some trouble connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi, but the staff helped fix it very quickly. The car was parked in an indoor garage, so we didn’t have to clear snow before driving, which was very convenient.

breakfast was excellent, rooms size also good, staff was friendly
the bad thing is all toilets don't have locks

Bed seemed smaller than a queen
A bit rundown, small and it was a handicap room which was not needed.
6.0 / 10.0
Staff accepted our complaints and resolved the problems to the best of their ability however it was less than satisfactory.
The first room had a plumbing problem. We had to change rooms. The second room had a shower head that was coming away from the wall. My concern was that it would fall on my head. Reported to the front desk upon check-out. Breakfast was sub-par.

Shuttle from the airport worked well. Check-in friendly and efficient. Room was a good size with comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good with decent coffee. Location was very handy for Bridgeport station to get to the ferry terminal the next morning.
Bed linen was poor, an upper sheet which was ok material but was less wide than the bed, and a quilt and bedcover with a very synthetic feel. There was a very random selection of tea and coffee equipment - a microwave, a coffee pod machine but only some coffee bags, and only paper cups which threatened to catch fire if we tried heating water in them in the microwave... housekeeping could do better. Breakfast was all from paper plates and cups, eaten with wooden cutlery, surely it wouldn't kill them to get some crockery, cups, glasses and a dishwasher instead of throwing out mountains of garbage every day?

the location from the airport, the taxi that you paid for after hours as i arrived after 11pm, the breakfast was delightful and homey with a good selection and the proximity to the sky train for the ferry to Victoria
nothing, everything worked out well

Beds were too soft and pillows too large and too soft

It offered a free airport shuttle service
The room had not been thoroughly cleaned. A towel on the bathroom sink was not folded and the toilet paper looked like a 3 year old had tried to fold it to make it look pointy. The chrome surfaces had water stains on them. Didn’t give me a lot of confidence that it was actually cleaned properly.

The airport shuttle did run as advertised, but I experienced some communication difficulties with the driver.
Reception, brown female, non-welcoming. I got the impression she thought she was doing me a favour; and that I’d done something wrong. Room 420, noisy slam doors for room, bathroom, shower door and toilet seat/lid. Not possible to stop either the extractor fan in the bathroom, or the heating blower in the room. Noisy room and inn. During the morning another brown female used a master card to open my locked room door. No knock or verbal enquiry; just a stealth door opening, muttered apology and retreat. Very bad. The breakfast buffet experience was basically a pushing contest in a tiny room, followed by nowhere near enough seats in the small seating area. The airport shuttle did run as advertised, but I experienced some communication difficulties with the driver. Overall, unsatisfactory; excepting the airport shuttle. Not recommended.

arrived at hotel after long flight, as it was after shuttle pick up hours, the hotel provided payment to taxi company when i checked in at 0130 hrs. check in was easy with the night shift staff and our room was a king size bed facing the back on 4 flr, comfoprtable bed, and large shower area. there was also a lounge chair in the room for additional seating. overall the room was and hotel were quiet, room doors slamming in the morning was noticible. included breakfast was ok, with hot entrees, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, also yogurt and muffins. shuttle was available for the airport if needed, included with stay. location is convient to some restaurants, a costco and the skytrain, airport also.
never liked the low flow shower heads. older coffee machine in room, needs a keurig

The shuttle from the airport worked well and it's only a short walk from the hotel to a main public transport hub to take people downtown, the airport, or ferry. The room was fine - nothing exceptional but okay for a short i.e. overnight stay. I guess the price was reasonable for a city where hotels are ridiculously expensive. The breakfast was better than we expected and having it included in the price of the room while similarly priced hotels do not include breakfast in their room prices makes it likely that we'll stay there again.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. The shuttle service and location were the main reason we booked at this hotel as we had not yet tried the breakfast. We have stayed at 3 different hotels near the airport and this one offered the best value but, having said that, it's still a fairly basic hotel.

The location was good, with the free shuttle it would be a great spot to rest between flights if needed. We didn't notice much noise from the airport or the traffic on the street.
The bathroom has been renovated recently with new shelves and fixtures and shower surround but it was already producing mold in several locations. The room was small, two beds take up a ton of space and leave little extra space. There was a piece of furniture that houses some cables and an ironing board; a really big waste of space. It really seems that they rent to people who don't care if they don't the furniture - several dents and chips. The electrical outlets at the bed were loose - my USB charger barely stayed plugged in. The price per night was quite high compared to other sites nearby.

Spacious bedroom & bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Good location near transport link to Vancouver waterfront . Good shuttle to /from airport . Good range coffee choice breakfast
Limited cereal choice for breakfast - 2 items plus porridge & cooked items lukewarm & unappetising. But muffins toast waffles yogurt fruit available so didn’t go hungry

Clean, comfortable, proximity to airport. Offers 24-hour coffee, good breakfast, and reliable WiFi.
No shopping or other interesting facilities within easy walking distance, aside from the Chinese market across the street.

We arrived from the airport well before check in, assuming we would need to store our luggage. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready & waiting well before Noon! We also had an extremely early checkout, but the staff had prepared a sack “to go” to eat on the way to the airport. Impressed with the friendly, helpful staff!

The location was good. Walking distance to shops & restaurants
The dining room for breakfast could have been bigger.

Building was in good shape but getting elderly. The closet was a trip, I’ve never seen a stand up short closet before, it was only capable of holding a few clothes. The closeness to the airport was great.
The room was smaller then I thought.
9.0 / 10.0
The room was comfortable and clean, with a great shower, and I couldn't hear any noise from the airplanes. I had an issue with my reservation, but the staff was great in resolving it. The location is quite convenient if you're arriving or leaving by plane(the shuttle service was also punctual and comfortable). Breakfast was okay, but still a plus since most hotels in the Vancouver area don't offer anything. And it's also pet friendly!
The area doesn't offer much, but that's it! Everything else was fine.

Breakfast was great. Check-in staff was very, very helpful.
The room was a little tight for 4 people. And I know it's for security, but having to use the key card for everything was inconvenient

Really appreciated the shuttle service from airport to hotel. Our flight arrived very late and so happy the shuttle was available. Also appreciated the availability of paying for a shuttle to the Vancouver cruise port. Wonderful. Morning breakfast was good also.
