Our room wasn’t very clean. We found dead flies on the floor, used dental floss and the night stand was greasy from the previous stay. Location was great for our early morning flight the next day. The shuttle was easy and convenient and we had a good view.

Airport shuttle is accommodating and helpful. Hotel staff is very kind and professional. Readily available to lend a hand and provide useful information. My dog especially enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient with the grass just outside the den and crisp walk by the boathouse. Unfortunately I didn't make it to the gym but it looked amazing.

The room was good. The airportshuttle stops at midnight. The other Radisson runs 24 hours. The fellow at the front desk could use more training. He took 10 minutes to figure out what to charge the customer in front of me for water.

Check-in was easy. Room was clean and upgraded to room with a view. Late night food available. Staff were lovely. Hotel is conveniently located near YVR airport with easy to use shuttle. Confirm with front desk the shuttle schedule as it had been altered the day I checked in. No regrets. I would stay again.
