Comfy rooms, peaceful close to amenities

that you could hear your neighbors conversation. No fan in the bathrooms. air circulation wasn't that great i woke up with a cold.

Good good and accommodations. The waiter in the restaurant was great. The reception staff was lousy and one was flat out

Clean, modern and obviously well cared for

One of the receptionist was rude. The room wasn’t ready until 6:00 when we were supposed to check-in at 4:00. Plus the room we purchased was changed at the last minute.

A overnight stay I do miss the wine glasses at the bar they use the glass cups now. Breakfast was great.

Staff was tremendous and the dinner service was wonderful!

The staff was exceptional, sincerely concerned with our comfort (since we arrived late in the evening, and were leaving early in the morning) -- their concern and attention was exemplary!)

Huge hotel footprint -- We arrived late at night, and couldn't appreciate much of the grounds, but the gardens and pool area looked nice (although at that hour we couldn't see much of anything!)

The coffee. Maybe the airport shuttle.

The fridge was not working at all. There was some kind of big on-site ventilation unit going on-and-off every 5 minutes under the balcony, sounding like starting lorry. The toliet tank was overflowing. The day we arrived, the hotel's fire alarm started blaring at 9 PM, all guests self-evacuating to the lobby, with the electricity also going off (only in the hotel, the rest of the neighbourhood was lit up) and it was off the whole night till 10AM next day. They offered no compensation at all (not sure what we paid for, the first night, really). The staff was unwilling - we were extending the stay due to flight cancellation and the lady at the reception forced us to go up to the room, call her using the room phone so that she could forward us to the manager sitting literally in a room behind her. Absolutely not worth the money.

One member of staff was very accommodating considering we arrived very early from our flight and check in is not until 4 pm . We were given a great room. The hotel is within a 15 min drive to the airport and ideally situated to an outlet mall which was great to kill some time before our early morning flight the next day. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Free shuttle bus to the airport was great and on time every 30 min.

Late check in and early check out we were very disappointed with the hotel receptionist who would not help us with an early check in. After speaking to a someone else he was so accommodating we were given an excellent room . As an airport hotel you would expect them to be a bit more flexible with guests.

Great shuttle service and friendly staff. Easy and fast check in and check out. Needed a quiet and comfortable space to rest in between travel days and this suited well.

Door of my bedroom was strained, and allowed noise from the corridor door to filter in. I was surprised that this was not noticed by the staff as I could see the light from the room through the gap in the door. I reported it to reception and they said that it would be taken care of.

My flight was canceled, so rather than travel back home down the valley, made the quick decision to stay somewhere overnight. Sheraton anywhere has always met expectations. Kudos to staff. Breakfast was fabulous - enough for leftovers at the airport!

Very nice room in a slightly dated hotel in a convenient location.

The actual room was lovely, clean and modern. The staff was helpful, and swift in responding to things. The location is very convenient.

Although the actual room was great, other elements of the hotel are a bit dated and could use some work. The card lock on the door didn't work properly but the staff resolved that.
