I would most definitely consider this hotel in the future.

The staff were always helpful and cheerful.

Coming from Asia, I’ve no complaints. For a hotel in Canada, we were received in precisely the manner I’d expect. The staff were courteous and always helpful. The food was North American. The cleaning staff were always professional and kept our rooms tidy and well stocked. The exercise equipment was very limited, but it did the job. I wish there had been more to it.

A treat, close to the airport

The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The facilities were easily accessible and top notch. Loved the gym, pool and buffet breakfast!

Quick Trip in YVR

I like the location, it's easy to locate and has loads of restaurants nearby. It's also a 5 minute walk to the Sky Train. The room was awesome, it was spotless, and very comfortable.

Available but eh...

Paid for shuttle to/from airport, despite ad for free shuttle (due to strike). The room smelled of wood, not trees.. just wood. This felt like a bit of a cheap room experience.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff.

Staff at check-in and out was friendly and helped us with cab to cruise ship terminal in the morning, was updated to a suite, clean hotel, staff working dining room were very nice. The room at night was very quiet.

There was a strike so the hotel shuttle wasn’t running but we didn’t know so stood outside airport for quite a while. Finally called and was told they had nobody to drive. Spent over 50.00 for an Uber. I was woken up early with the people striking banging pots and chanting.

the fan clanked against the housing when it stopped running, so we switched it to stay on all night! gotta be smarter than a fan! rm 605 if you want to get it fixed, can’t sleep with it clanking every 10 minutes

Good hotel

The room was very big (we took a suite) and nice with modern lighting. The restaurant inside the hotel is awesome.

As we booked via booking, it wasn't clear about the breakfast if it was included but everything went fine

Comfortable and pleasant stay

Breakfast was good, with many varieties. Enjoyed the salad, the fresh fruit and the plain yogurt. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall nice facility, friendly staffs, and great location

Comfortable beds and a good location close to the airport

Spent the night here before flying out of Vancouver for an international flight. The room was nice (I believe we had some sort of suite) and the beds were very comfortable. Being a suite, we were also able to keep the room where we slept super dark and quiet.

I drive a truck so I get that it's all relative but parking was very sparse. I believe they have a garage (that you have to pay extra for) but I think the height limitation was something like six feet. Pretty short if you drive anything that any height to it. They were nice enough to let me park out front in the 15-minute spaces since we told them we were leaving first thing in the morning.

Stayed in top floor suite. Bedroom with two queen beds, pull out sofa bed. Separated by bathroom. Very nice layout for the three of us.

The suite was right across from the elevators and I could hear the elevator going up and down each time it was used. The HVAC unit in the bathroom was also very noisy. Not what you expect for the price and top floor suite.

Breakfast was good

1. The TV did not work, told the front desk, nothing happened 2. The room was extremely hot and the aircon was very noisy, temperature in the room did not correspond with the thermostat
