The modern rooms.
It was too loud sleeping right beside the elevators.

Great location. Helpful and accommodating staff. Very comfortable bed. Good amount of space and amenities. Nespresso machine. Excellent curtains that were capable of making the room dark at night.
Carpet could do with a steam clean.

The staff were always helpful and cheerful.
Coming from Asia, I’ve no complaints. For a hotel in Canada, we were received in precisely the manner I’d expect. The staff were courteous and always helpful. The food was North American. The cleaning staff were always professional and kept our rooms tidy and well stocked. The exercise equipment was very limited, but it did the job. I wish there had been more to it.
