Very comfortable and spacious. Large kitchen area to prepare your own breakfast. Small shopping centre a short walk away for supplies - also some good eating options. Close to the airport. Excellent, easy access to the city if you are prepared to use bus and skytrain. (This makes paying for accommodation in Vancouver more affordable)
The room did get a little hot but there was a large fan that cooled things down

host was very friendly and helpful room and bathroom had alot of space very clean the kitchen and lounge room was a bonus to have to chill out easy to catch a bus to richmond and then a train to vancouver city centre - didnt take that long at all. we didnt have a car and we got around to places ok supermarket and variety of shops within 3-4 min walk very quiet area

There was no breakfast offered. The kitchen space was satisfactory overall, although I tried to toast a waffle I brought and the toaster oven was broken.
The room and bathroom appeared somewhat worn and could benefit from updating. I was also disappointed that only bath towels were provided, no facecloths, which made the stay less comfortable. Overall, the house felt sparse and lacked the warm, homey atmosphere I was expecting based on the description.
