Our flight was cancelled and needed to find the closest hotel. We found this hotel which the exterior looks decent but the interior needs a lot of maintenance.. dirty carpet and moldy bathroom although the rooms were already renovated. It was not a comfortable stay. Glad it was only one night.

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in very poor condition — the sink faucet was broken, and many areas throughout the room clearly hadn’t been maintained or repaired in a long time. The towels were especially concerning: they looked dirty and had a blackish tint, as if they’d been washed with colored clothing or reused. I didn’t feel comfortable using them at all. On top of that, the staff was not friendly, which made the experience even less pleasant. Honestly, the only positive aspect of this stay was the convenient location, which was the main reason I booked this hotel in the first place. Unfortunately, that alone isn’t enough to bring me back. I do not plan to stay here again.

The time I booked this hotel was during Black Friday week so I had a pretty good deal. It’s a nice hotel for people who will need to go to the airport as there is a shuttle for it. The area has a lot of Asian restaurant since it’s Richmond, BC but if you need fast food, there is McDonalds right around the corner. Landsdowne mall is also beside if you need to grab other items and the skytrain is beside the mall. Hotel also has a parking lot for 10$ a day I think, we didn't bring our car so I can’t really recall the price. The staffs over there are very helpful if you need anything.

I recently stayed at the Grand Park Hotel in Richmond and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. While the location is convenient — with plenty of restaurants within walking distance — and the complimentary airport shuttle is a nice touch, the positives end there. The hotel’s cleanliness was only average at best, which is not what I expected for the price. There were no bottles of water provided in the room, something that most hotels now consider a basic amenity. Check-in was also slow, and the front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming, which set a negative tone right from the start. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again unless improvements are made.

Booked for proximity to airport and free hotel shuttle, waited curbside 60mins for van to arrive; requested quiet room location due to early departure, but received room…next to elevator; similarly, booked for on site restaurant…notification that food service was not available arrived a few days before trip departure.

I liked this hotel on a previous stay. Clise to sky train and lansdown center. But this stay wasn't as great at the price point. $275 a night, had to pay to park. Room wasnt super clean. Dirty mirror, dusty lights in bathroom, mold or mildew in parts of the shower, old cloth behind desk, desk lamp didnt work, gumball or some candy under the desk and lots of dust.

Nice location. Close to airport, shops and restaurant. Excellent front desk staff. Free shuttle. And a reasonable price. The hotel is showing signs of wear and probably needs some upgrades but I still thought it was worthwhile.
