Friendly staff, clean, quiet, free shuttle to/from airport, close to Skytrain. And the super comfortable beds and pillows

Good to have airport shuttle. Location is very good with many restaurants nearby and grocery store to pick fresh fruits.
Carpet inside our room was very dusty and we kept sneezing. We could see much dust flying in the air when caught in sunbeams. I saw a cotton swap in one elevator and no staff picked it up for over 3 days.
