As a vegan, there was really nothing we could have other than toast and peanut butter. You could do better.

Waiting at the airport for the shuttle was much longer than expected; we understood that that ut ran every 30 minutes but we waited nearly an hour.

For us the lighting in the room was inadequate. Too dim which made it difficult to sort out luggages or look through stuff when no outside light supplementing the indoor lights.

Nice clean hotel well located close to services and easy access to Vancouver

Location is good near many nice restaurants and shopping. Beds are comfortable but the primary runway for YVR is just west of the hotel so many aircraft approach right over head. Nice views of Vancouver and north shore mountains.

Room was not fully stocked on first day but was remedied quickly once mentioned.

The next time I come to Vancouver, I would stay here again. It was clean and I felt safe.

It was close to the airport, the car rental place, and about 20-30 minutes away from everything. It was cozy and the bed was super comfortable.

There was nothing to watch. It was like there was cable for no reason. So I used my laptop to watch tv instead which was fine because the internet was fast.

Ok for what I paid and for the night

Entrance it is too dark. The room had few light weren’t working and there was a weird smell in the room. I saw carpets in the corridor very dirty and unstable it needs some maintained on the building

Location is great. Bed was comfortable.

Restaurant advertised breakfast buffet and it wasn't. Room was next to the lifts. Phone in room was broken. No laundry service. We stayed here before and it was far better. We noticed that it dropped from 4 to 3 stars after we booked.

Shuttle bus pick up/drop off was excellent. Reception staff were okay, there seemed to be a minor glitch in a last minute request to assist me with a temporary parking pass for a friend who was meeting me at the hotel. Eventually the reception staff gave us a temporary parking pass for a vehicle that needed to be in the parking lot for less than 30 minutes. I had my friend visiting with me from Vancouver Island, meeting me for dinner and to assist me with taking my carry-on luggage back with him on the ferry to allow me to travel very light with only an overnight bag for the following day's flight. Room was quiet and lovely... however the towels and bathroom area weren't 100% clean... other people's long, dark hair was on towels and two surfaces in the bathroom. Location was fine... I had come into Vancouver Airport from an international flight and had an early domestic flight the next day. The morning coffee was not very nice... too acidic & bitter. Overall, it was convenient to stay at your hotel. Thank you.

Perfect for airport stopover.

Check in went well,but fairly long walk from bus stop, tired, hungry and carrying bags. Bed comfortable, so no complaints there. Shuttle to airport worked well, but nobody told us there was coffee in the lobby, so went without!

No extras for seniors, I am 80+ , would have liked to have more coffee and tea packets in room, and more edible snacks for purchase in lobby as we were to tired to walk to fast food place and just stayed in without supper as we’re getting early shuttle. Would have liked bath tub but my husband said shower was good.

The room was bare. It had an odd smell. I could find a pen or paper. Traffic noise. Also as you get off at the third floor the carpet is wrinkled enough that you can trip on it. The elevator had not been vacuumed.

It’s was much further from the airport than it seemed on Booking. I waited over 50 minutes at the airport for the shuttle, got to the hotel and was second in line to check in but there were issues, so by the time I went to the lounge to see if I could get any kind of snack and drink it was 10:49 pm. The lounge said it closed at 11:00, but when I asked the two staff standing at the bar, they just said they were closed. No question about what I was looking for and no offer of any alternatives.

The service right from front desk to housekeeping to shuttle driver and proximity to work and airport. Loved the quality and the large sized toiletries that were provided- I didn’t have to go looking for body lotion.

Carpeting is dated and stained, poor lighting in my room due to lack of ceiling light ( partially compensated by lamps), room decor.

Overpriced and run down hotel, can not recommend.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was located within 10 minute drive of Vancouver International Airport advertising a restaurant on site.

The hotel was run down, carpet on the 6th floor executive level was dirty and coming apart in places, the baseboards in the suite 613 were falling off, there were rust stains on the bathroom tiles in the tub surround and the bathroom didn’t look like it had been well cleaned prior to our stay. The entire room needed to be painted and updated. The towels were tiny and threadbare. We were the only ones in the bar and restaurant on a Friday at 7:30pm, the food was overcooked and overpriced. We were awakened by other guests who were returning from their night out at 3:00am and then again at 6:00am when the rooms radio alarm went off without us setting it. There was no local information in the room on restaurants or attractions in the neighborhoods and the restaurant did not serve any room service that we could find. We paid almost $400 for our one nights stay and it was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had in Vancouver, such a disappointment.

We booked their shuttle for the next day. We waited and instead of saying that the shuttle can’t come on the time requested, the front desk had to call a taxi and had to wait more time. Rooms needed an upgrade to make it more comfortable.

Great place to stay on a long daytime layover.

I had a long (daytime) layover in Vancouver so decided to take a room for the day. Other hotels tried to up-charge $60 for early checkin but not the Grand Park. The ladies at the front desk gave me a warm welcome. The room was clean. The carpet could be updated but the bed and pillows were very, very comfortable. I wish I’d had time to explore the neighbourhood. Sooo many restaurants! I’d stay here again for sure. Great value for $.

The property was fine but the shuttle was broken down so I had to taxi from the airport to the hotel or wait an additional hour, which would have been 2 hours in total. $28

Was a comfortable room, lots of space, . Over all it was a good place. As with all places in Vancouver area, the price is ridiculous but what can a person do.

Great value for an overnight stay.

Close to many restaurants, mall and food court by walking distance. The staffs were friendly and courteous. Appreciated the microwave & mini fridge to keep water bottles cold. Having a shuttle bus picking us from the airport was a plus. Great value for short term layover stay.

Could use a little more deep cleaning in the bathroom. Saw some hairs in the bath tub and the shower curtain was a bit smelly like old rags.

Rooms were very basic. Phone not plugged in. Sink fell off wall on second night. Hairdryer not working. Bar staff had litreally no idea what they were doing. No draft beers only spirits. Breakfast a was adisaster. The coffee dispenser was incorrectly filled with hot water with a strange taste, only given a small egg and potatoes with strange sausage, Felt sick when i got back to room & and all this for $20!!.
