Staff were very friendly.
The bathrooms need updating and there are no little sachets or extras. Also, plastic cups? It’s so wasteful and glass would be more on keeping with the price.

Location and cleanliness.
1. There are only two elevators, and one is closed for my whole week stay, just one available. On 5/30, even that only one is broken. Instead of opening the service elevator for emergency use, guests are told to use the stairs! Terrible!
2. Dirty cups and plates in the room were not cleaned daily. Some days they are left in the room and no replacement.
