Location, a few steps away from a sky train station, a Timmies, and a small mall that had a food court with unique shops that were not the usual ones you see. 24 Hour airport shuttle, coffee, tea, and even decafe coffee in room. Bed was firm, but still soft enough not to hurt joints, a problem I've had in a lot of hotels recently.

Mezza restaurant was horrible and expensive. They gave us pizza slices which were stacked on each other. Very low quality food. Also parking is $26 overnight for an unsecured lot.

A Good Airport Hotel

The property provides complimentary shuttle from/to the airport. Nice bar with tasty food. Great staff.

Good Choice for Airport Hotel

Close to the Vancouver Airport, close to the park along the river in Richmond allowing walking trails.

Infrequent shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. It was not clear that we had to call the hotel for the shuttle. It was confusing because the sister hotel Radisson Blu had shuttle going by frequently.

It’s was fine for a night, could be cleaner

Airport proximity was great. We booked a last-minute stay the night before our flight as we had to come over from the island. The bed was comfortable, and even though our room faced the skytrain rail, it was very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. They had a free shuttle to the airport which we used in the morning.

The bathroom in the room was not very clean. Clear noticeable mould build up on the shower. It had a non-slip liner in the tub, but it was peeling off, and it was absolutely gross on top and underneath. I didn’t even want to step on it.

The breakfast was excellent as was service and price. Staff efficient yet took time to chat. We were upgraded to a suite which was a welcome surprise! Hotel room quiet, exceptionally clean. Front desk and lobby somewhat dated. Appreciated having a window that opened a few inches.

Very Pleasnt Indeed!

The room was clean and spacious. We got lucky and was upgraded to a suite. The check in person was delightful! One of our best stays. We will be using this hotel the next time we travel. While I don't recall a name, the servers at the Mozza were tremendous and the breakfast was marvelous! Gold star to the team.

Not good

Honestly there was nothing to like. I expected more for a Raddison hotel. There were no staff to take our bags to the room, and they had a fairly old man who doubled up as the bus driver and the bell boy. The room carpet had stains and smelt of a dogs urine.

Pleasant Stay

They provide an airport shuttle and are within walking distance to the mall, supermarkets, and many restaurants nearby. And I got upgraded to a larger room. It's probably because we arrived in the early morning, and they couldn't let us check in at full capacity.

It would be better if cotton swabs were provided.

Our stay was great and met all the needs we had!

The staff was very friendly. We had just disembarked from a cruise and arrived by Uber a couple of hours early. The staff directed us to a lounge area where we could wait until our room was ready. We used the shuttle the next day to make our flight back to California. It was prompt and the driver directed us where to go to check in.

We only stayed one night, and we didn't experience anything negative.

It was ok for a night but dont think I’d stay again

Staff were excellent (Elena) and shuttle drivers v helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. Loved being able to open the window and kettle in the room. Bed v comfortable.

Not a very nice part of town and traffic noise was louder than expected.
