A Good Airport Hotel

The property provides complimentary shuttle from/to the airport. Nice bar with tasty food. Great staff.

It is a bit dated, however, very clean. The shower was quite old and a little uncomfortable.

Good Choice for Airport Hotel

Close to the Vancouver Airport, close to the park along the river in Richmond allowing walking trails.

Infrequent shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. It was not clear that we had to call the hotel for the shuttle. It was confusing because the sister hotel Radisson Blu had shuttle going by frequently.

It’s was fine for a night, could be cleaner

Airport proximity was great. We booked a last-minute stay the night before our flight as we had to come over from the island. The bed was comfortable, and even though our room faced the skytrain rail, it was very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. They had a free shuttle to the airport which we used in the morning.

The bathroom in the room was not very clean. Clear noticeable mould build up on the shower. It had a non-slip liner in the tub, but it was peeling off, and it was absolutely gross on top and underneath. I didn’t even want to step on it.

The breakfast was excellent as was service and price. Staff efficient yet took time to chat. We were upgraded to a suite which was a welcome surprise! Hotel room quiet, exceptionally clean. Front desk and lobby somewhat dated. Appreciated having a window that opened a few inches.

Very Pleasnt Indeed!

The room was clean and spacious. We got lucky and was upgraded to a suite. The check in person was delightful! One of our best stays. We will be using this hotel the next time we travel. While I don't recall a name, the servers at the Mozza were tremendous and the breakfast was marvelous! Gold star to the team.

Not good

Honestly there was nothing to like. I expected more for a Raddison hotel. There were no staff to take our bags to the room, and they had a fairly old man who doubled up as the bus driver and the bell boy. The room carpet had stains and smelt of a dogs urine.

Pleasant Stay

They provide an airport shuttle and are within walking distance to the mall, supermarkets, and many restaurants nearby. And I got upgraded to a larger room. It's probably because we arrived in the early morning, and they couldn't let us check in at full capacity.

It would be better if cotton swabs were provided.

Our stay was great and met all the needs we had!

The staff was very friendly. We had just disembarked from a cruise and arrived by Uber a couple of hours early. The staff directed us to a lounge area where we could wait until our room was ready. We used the shuttle the next day to make our flight back to California. It was prompt and the driver directed us where to go to check in.

We only stayed one night, and we didn't experience anything negative.

A comfortable stay

Handy for Aberdeen station and getting into Downtown Vancouver easily whilst also being easy to transfer to the airport on their complimentary transfer. Comfortable room and very friendly staff.

Very nice staff. Comfortable and quiet and good location. Paul and Ken the drivers were really helpful. Paul gave us a good restaurant recommendation.

Staff were excellent (Elena) and shuttle drivers v helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. Loved being able to open the window and kettle in the room. Bed v comfortable.

A rundown, not a Radisson

Airport shuttle.

I've been a loyal customer of Radisson across different countries. This one is definitely not upto the mark. The property was run down, mattress wasn't clean and the main elevator didn't work, with everyone queuing for the service elevator (they must have mentioned this on the booking email). Breakfast for 3 which was basically mashed potatoes and scrambled eggs was 100 dollars. It was bad overall.

A nice hotel close to the airport and Transit.

The location in relation to the airport was great and a shuttle is available. There was a grocery store very close by to get snacks, and a transit station across the street for a trip into Vancouver. The room had a small refrigerator and there was a microwave in the ice machine room. Other reviews said the hotel was run down, but my room was fine - you can tell by the bathroom that the hotel is older but everything worked and the room was clean. Bonus....the lighting in the bathroom was great and I could open a window for fresh air.

Good location and plenty of Cantonese food of supreme quality within 20 meters to 2 km away.

Room windows are suspectedly not double-glazed, making the room a bit noisy enovironment during late evening to mid-night due to frequent airplanes landing (and takning off I guess). As the hotel name tells, it is really near the Vancouver Airport. Surprisingly, airplanes are less frequent during day time than in evening and mid-night.

Room is not insulated enough to noise making by airplanes landing.
