The room was very well taken care of, and the staff extremely friendly! The only issue I had was with the WiFi - it only was able to connect with my phone the first night, but not at any other time, and the staff was unable to assist in resolving the issue. I had to go downstairs to the lobby to connect. Other than that, though, I very much enjoyed my stay!

Keys did not work 2 of 4 days. Need to go back down. Front desk tried stopping me from using restroom. Upon arrival, when I asked about disabled shower. She refused to look. I checked in at 3 pm start time. Lazy. Shower so slick, it was dangerous. No mat. Breakfast ran out 30 minutes early, 2 days.

Overall was good except the girl that worked Thursday night. She was not friendly at all and was on her phone all the time she dealt with us. She was not at welcoming.

The carpet in my room was all wet around the fridge and the fridge door was open. There were not enough tables and chairs in the breakfast area so I was going to sit in the lobby. The couches and rugs there were filthy and stained and looked like they came from a garage sale so I skipped that and went back to my room. Strike three was when the airport shuttle driver ran a red light and came close to smacking two other cars. I won’t be returning to this hotel any time soon.

Very accessible to the train station. Accessible to the Asian restaurant and easy to find and locate this place because it's closer to the main road.

On arrival check in was swift and I was fully informed of the hotel policies regarding housekeeping and breakfast hours. That is, housekeeping is not maintained daily. You can however request this service if you wish by way of booking in with the front desk agent before 10am. There appeared to be only one agent on the front desk at any one time. Each agent appeared to be very helpful and knowledgeable but also approachable.

This hotel is next to the hospital and a few blocks from the mall and Skytrain. Easy to get around, quiet, safe. Good range of breakfast hours. It is recently renovated and kept clean. My room had a problem with the door sticking and I had to call for help once to let me out. Staff are polite and helpful. Airport shuttle service is nice except that my (unusual) departure time fell outside the service hours. I would stay here again.

We arrived late to the kindest staff member for check in, quick and easy! Hotel is the perfect location for YVR or the Richmond Hospital. Parking was free and underground. Clean hotel. Excellent staff. Breakfast was good!

Excellent location to the airport and straight shot north to downtown Vancouver. The rooms were very clean and the free breakfast adequate. We enjoyed our stay and would consider coming again.
