I happy to see that there was actual plates and cutlery. Wherever I have stayed in the past, they only have paper plates.. I am vegetarian, there were sausages and eggs for meat eaters. It would be good if there is something fir vegetarians also, like hashbrowns?

On arrival check in was swift and I was fully informed of the hotel policies regarding housekeeping and breakfast hours. That is, housekeeping is not maintained daily. You can however request this service if you wish by way of booking in with the front desk agent before 10am. There appeared to be only one agent on the front desk at any one time. Each agent appeared to be very helpful and knowledgeable but also approachable.

It’s a shame as the first impression (after departing from the UK some 14 hours earlier) was the unfriendly welcome by the reception member of staff. No smile, no warm welcome or greeting. A ‘head down’ tapping of keyboard and functioning responses to our questions. The room however is very comfortable and the beds too. Just a smile would have made all of the difference. Simple basics for such a role ?

The room was clean, but very small. The breakfast was very limited, just ok. The outside of the building had no landscaping, unlike in the pictures. Just an ok hotel. Next time I'll pay the extra money and stay across the street at the Marriott or Sheraton.

I like the hotel and facilities, But breakfast is need improvements, because only 1 worker. She can't do it by her self. The hot water, coffee, bread and some other thing. We need to call her just to refill the food. The locations area fantastic.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was pretty good, though pretty busy at 8am on Saturday and staff were working hard but struggling to keep up. Shuttle from the airport was a little confusing (courtesy phone doesn't list "Comfort Hotel" it only lists "Quality Hotel" and even if you figure out they are the same shuttle, nobody answers the phone.) So we took an Uber from the airport to hotel. Apparently the airport pickup shuttle runs on the half hour and the shuttle to the airport runs on the 15 and 45, though we weren't provided that info until we checked in. Shuttle back to airport was convenient! Overall, would stay again!

It looks like ghost town around the hotel. The room is out of the date and the floor is not clean. We were waiting so long to take elevator each time. The breakfast was only okay with reasonable price. I will never be back this hotel again. The front desk staff also could not speak English. Thanks.
