The air condition was very loud, I didn’t have a good sleep for the first night. But they were very kind to move us to another room on the other side of the building. It’s much better. The location is the best in Richmond. The service is great.

Staff were the winner here. Stayed here because our flight got cancelled and we got put into the Sheraton for the night and the staff were so happy and easy going it made us go from upset to okay very quickly. The restaurant is also delicious!

You booked me into a king balcony city view instead i got a ground floor parking lot view. Every time i book with hotels.com I get screwed. I never get what you claim Im booked for. Last time I didn't get the complimentary breakfast because that hotel said it wasn't included but your itinerary for me said it was. Im going to stop using your site and I will inform others as well.

Air-conditioning needs upgrading, it's extremely noisy and is just a giant fan in the side of the wall. The room we stayed in was an extremely long walk from check-in; needs to be a shorter way to get to these rooms. What I was most upset about was the broken door lock. There had clearly been a break-in attempt, but Sheraton decided that the lock didn't need fixing? Only the latch was stopping anyone from getting in that night.

I’ve traveled on business for almost 40 years and thats got to be the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. $142.00 for a family of four for breakfast, you should be ashamed of yourself. Never in a Sheraton again.

The front desk staff were top notch especially Sophia! We had a last minute change in our travel and she was so kind and helpful. I was exhausted and she did everything she could to help us get in a room as quickly as possible. The hotel itself was very clean and all of the other staff were just as friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable!
