Hotel was older but renovated and quite nice! Staff was great, check in was was and they were able to get us in a little early which was appreciated! Hot tub was a nice bonus! The only struggle I had is when we arrived the front lobby smelled so strong and so bad of men’s cologne, it burned my eyes and my nose and I had a very hard time being in the front lobby, not something the hotel can control if it was a guest, but hopefully it was not staff!

The bus shuttle from the airport to the hotel was fantastic. The driver was such a polite, friendly, gentleman theat helped us load out luggae. On the way to the hotel he gave us reccomendations of places to look at for shopping, tourism, and general stores around the hotel and how to get there. The staff were welcoming and polite, super friendly.

The room is clean, and the staff are nice and helpful. I must point out that the heater in my room is very loud. I did not turn it on during my stay because of the noise, which might become an issue on colder winter nights for guests.

check in was very good, they were not able to sort a shuttle to pick up at airport so covered my Uber without question. Room was very clean and comfortable, great hot water. staff very pleasant and happy to help, Hotel Manager was in attendance for all customers while checking in. it was a great experience.

First off I waited for a shuttle that is supposed to arrive 15 and 45 every hour i waited from 9:45pm until 10:55pm just to get to your hotel and be turned away because I misplaced my credit card. Then I’m in a city I don’t live in with no place to go or stay at 11:15pm. Worst experience of 43years using hotel service

I had a 12-hour layover in Vancouver before a 16-hour trip late in the evening. Hotel was very accommodating to get me in early, and I checked out around 8pm. They could have had me wait till 3 pm but took care of me. Harry at the front desk was super helpful. Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Hotel was very nice, even a nice Restaurant. Shuttle service was good. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Check in was a breeze, having done it before we arrived. It seemed like our room wasn't available so they "upgraded" us to a condo which had a nice living room with a big tv and the blue jays game. The bed was comfy. The bathroom fan in the upstairs bathroom didn't seem to shut off, and that was the only complaint. Airport shuttle was great and we also loved the restaurant.

The bathroom door was unable to close. Noisy outside the window where the parking lot is. Shuttle service is very good, on time. Location is good, close to Light Rail Transit and shopping centre. Lots of restaurants close by.
