Well where do i start i have stayed in alot of hampton Inns mainly cause of cleanliness and comfort well this hotel had neither, first of all couldnt get in my room cause was looked from inside, so front desk had to use a coat hanger to unlock it, and hes telling me that has been like that for weeks.never offer me a diffrrnt room, well got insidebed was worn out pillows pretty sure where walmart pillows found hair in shower.for what you pay wasnt worth it, some people shouldnt own hotels just not clesn people.will never stay there again and would no recommend it to anyone.

Poor experience at Hotel Hampton on Nov 3, 2025: - The staff mistakenly assigned the room twice. Firstly assigning the wrong room key and hence the key failed to open the room door. Unluckily & Luckily the guest who stayed in this room was just coming back. We showed the key envelop which matched his room otherwise we would become the break-in suspect. The second poor incident was that the staff wrongly assigned the room that had been occupying by other guest. It was so embarrassed when I opened the door and saw another guest inside the room. Hence I insisted the staff had to go with us to open the door on the 3rd trial. I did ask Hampton staff to make apologies to these guests.

Good hotel with lots of amenities for a reasonable price. A great option when flying into/out of YVR. The airport shuttle service is less than ideal -- we were waiting outside for close to an hour watching other shuttles go by multiple times while waiting for their shuttle to arrive.

This was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The towels were thin and had holes, the room was dusty, and the bed had broken springs. The sheets didn’t feel clean, the floor had crumbs, and even the chair had crumbs on it. The pictures on Hotels.com are definitely not a true reflection of what this place looks like. I would never stay here again—honestly, a hostel would’ve been a better choice.

Wonderful hotel but tried to go for a walk after traveling all yesterday and no sidewalks and kind of an industrial area out in nowhere. But the staff was wonderful and breakfast pretty good.
