The accommodation is relatively quiet. Located about 10 min walk from Richmond Centre and Skytrain Station. 24 Hrs Macdonald across the road for a morning coffee or a late night snack. Bus stop right besides Mac. A very convenience location with a nice host. Will definitely stay again next time. Worth the money and more.
A few dog barks but no big deal. Facilities is a little bit old but still user friendly.

Great location but you get what you pay for! Some TLC could go a long way here...fixing holes on the walls, repainting, removing old mattresses from the hallway outside the door, general clutter of the obvious living of the family that runs it, and a really good deep clean of the room itself!
One night was long enough. There is a smell upon entering and the family's clutter everywhere.
