It was first time in a pod hotel and it was very comfortable considering I was camping during my time in Canada.

It can get quite hot in the pod so I had to have the fan on at all times.

The sleeping area was a bit hot. Since its a pod hotel, not possible to bring down. At 6am, an alarm rang. No one shut it off. Probably a guest slept somewhere else and forgot about it. I got up and left since I couldn't sleep. The bathroom doesn't seem to have good ventilation. It smelled a bit. There are other places in the area that are the same price. They have their own room and private bathroom. They are a little further from the Sky Train. The other places are better even with the little extra walk to the Sky Train

Never again

I would not stay there again, sleeping in this box was impossible. It was very hot, the fan did not work and the staff said there was nothing they could do about it. There was no chance to breathe in there without the fan. Also, supposedly, staff should have been there from 6am, but when I needed help at that time, no one was there and I didn't see anyone until I left at 6:40 am.

Well...

The stay was convenient. Its vicinity to the train station is the reason why I decided to try the pods. Parking was free and it was quiet/relaxing. Theres a little bit of privacy which I like.

Pillows were kind of hard, it really felt uncomfy just sleeping on it for too long. My head hurt the next day. Just getting on the upper pod was kind of dangerous. I understand the risk and given the price I guess you get what you paid for. I think it would better if it was like a stepping stool that stretches out if you want to up to your pod. The bed sheet was okay. Bathroom was clean and accessible. Everythint was explained to me so navigating was easy. I guess theres more room for improvement and I hope that they improve even further.

that was busy chatting with each other but i think that was due to shift change....

you use to give water at check inn i was charged 2.90 , also you have NO STAFF from 2am to 7 am that left me feeling not as safe. my check out was nat 6 am . no one told me about not having access to my luggage during those hours. i have an email stating that there was no additonal charges...and you still charged me a fee. where is my 80 refund for the deposit. I checked out on Thursday am

Comfortable and clean stay

The slippers instead of shoes are a great idea, made the floors really clean. I also enjoyed the pods- I had a worry that they would be too small and feel claustrophobic but it was quite roomy.

Would have been nice to have access to a small fridge in the kitchen for milk in tea and coffee

A profit-hungry hotel with Zero Compassion

zero compassion for guest who was confused by the mobile booking website and was not allowed to stay in a hotel at arrival. grabbed all the money without providing any service to the guest. We made instant booking and arrived right after making the booking. We didn't hold a room for too long between making the booking and the arrival but still no refund provided even Booking.com asked for exception from them. Although this was the fault of Booking.com's system that caused the confusion but this hotel behaves zero compassion. They go extremes just for a little money!

I did not like anything. When I checked in and saw this facility, I decided to find another hotel - I booked into the Sheraton instead

Ok to try for a first time, probably not worth it - substandard facilities.

Location is good, mattress is comfortable enough, but $150+ for those facilities? I don’t think so. Next time I would pay the additional fees even for a short stay hotel room on a Sat night.

The facilities are a lower standard than a small community swimming pool. - 2 urinals, 3 toilets, 3 showers I was so glad I got in late 23:00 and was leaving by 6 because people know what some hotel checkout desks or breakfast buffets can be lined up like in the popular morning rush… imagine that just to use the toilet or shower!! Facilities nowhere near the capsule hotels in Asia that can cost 1/4 or 1/3 of the price. Front desk is no longer 24 hour as stated online and on the information pasted inside the pod.

I loved Panda Pod, until I realized they double billed me.

It was clean and surprising to me there were 70? Pods. Lucky for me, Angel, who was working the day I checked in, assigned me to the “wheelchair” bed. So much room. I left a thankyou note for her. I am a mature woman, but not in a wheelchair. Very grateful

On 07/17, I checked in and was billed and paid $490.58 for 4 nights. 07/18, I looked at my online bank statement & $490.65 was in a pending status from Panda Pod. I understood there was an $80 dep. It is 07/21, at 10:45 PM. I vacated @ 11AM. The charge is still in a pending status on my account. WHY? I’ve talked to the bank as well as Panda Pod(PP). No one can explain it. I’m a Senior and NOW, bc of the pending $490.65, I am BROKE. Even though it’s in a pending status the money is taken out of the account. HELP ME. I talked to several bankers @ Wells Fargo & many admins @ PP about what that charge can be. HELP

Good value for money and would book again.

I like the Pods instead of bunk beds as it makes it feel more cosey and private. I also like how each pod had its own power outlets, fans, accessories etc. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities are modern and well kept. The location is also ideal as it is close to the Airport and Downtown. It was great for one night or two.

The room was quite warm as there is no air conditioning (the pods do have mini fans though) and the pods itself are quite sensitive to movement meaning if the person above or below you moves around in their sleep it's definitely noticeable and probably not ideal for light sleepers.

Happy hotel stay for an economical price.

I was pleasantly happy with my stay at the Panda Pod Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, very professional. The directions from the train staion were great but it isn't until I arrived at the Hotel that it tells me the entrance is around back. I liked the funny pun you wrote. 😂🤣 'We're being up front' 🤣😂 silent space with blinds for doors, and kitchen with coffee and teas. Thank you for the space great concept. Pod has good ventilation, lighting and wifi.

When I arrived I was told that if I needed the wheelchair accessible shower they would move the laundry carts out of the shower. When I asked them to this I was told I couldn’t use the shower as it was full of laundry. I’m disabled, the other showers weren’t an option for me.
