Power went out during night and morning. Whole block. We had a 9 am ferry to catch for Victoria. Luckily we had flashlights on our phones so could pack up at 6:30 am. Hotel staff very helpful given the circumstances! Offered to help carry our bags down the stairs. Lady at desk brought us 2 bags with snacks to take since no regular breakfast available (no electricity). Parkade garage door opened manually for us. We all made best of a inconvenient situation.

Yes the room was clean although small space and should be careful in walking inside because the tv was on the way between the bed and tv that you will bump the tv screen if not careful.
