Staff were very helpful with pickup from the airport and also with helping with our delayed luggage (which arrived well after midnight). The area currently seems to be under redevelopment at present, with an odd assortment of residential, retail and industrial units. However it seemed quite safe and there was a great cafe/restaurant just around the corner, with a lively atmosphere and great food, open till late. The Skytrain is just a few minutes walk, providing easy access to Downtown Vancouver. Exceeded expectations.
Neighbourhood isn't the prettiest, but the hotel is great value for money.

Location was good. They had a shuttle to and from the airport . The bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Definitely a budget hotel.
Carpets were damp, perhaps they had been cleaned recently. Shower tap would only rotate so far which prevented turning on hot water. Not a great selection for breakfast.
