Next door to the airport. The female manager who checked us in (didn’t get her name as we were knackered) suggested that we call the hotel once we had returned our rental vehicle in case their shuttle was nearby. It was and we got a comp ride back.

Handy for the airport and a good shuttle service. Good for us as near to car hire company and also handy for the elevated railway. We had several hours to kill before leaving for the airport and they were happy to look after our suitcases while we popped into Vancouver.

Issue with credit card - no answer from the hotel

The hotel was clean and well located. However, we encountered a serious issue related to the use of our American Express card, which we had used only once during our trip — at check-in for the security deposit. Later, our card was compromised and used for unauthorized online purchases in Canada. We attempted to contact the hotel multiple times, but the email listed was invalid, and the contact form remained unanswered. We hope the hotel will improve its responsiveness to guest concerns.

Days Inn Review - Wonderful Accommodations

Rooms were clean, housekeeping came in every day to freshen bedsheets and towels. Uncommon to most mid-level hotels, the AC unit in our room worked very well. Hotel clerks were very patient and respectful. For the price, I would repeat another stay.

Not a lot of options for breakfast. Would like to see an option for meat possibly, or some additional fruit and vegatable options.

Convinient close to airport and bus stop

The location. It is conveniently close to the airport with shuttle, and near the bus stops that take you to the ferry. The breakfast was decent and fairly priced. Simple, but enough.

The hotel needs a renovation. They charged us a deposit that was higher than the cost of one night’s stay, even for just a single night. I found it odd, it made me question the type of guests they typically accommodate.

It wasn't a bad stay, but just not worth the $$

The motel was a decent motel, but was highly overpriced. My family booked this motel solely because it offered a shuttle to and from the airport. My mother has several issues which makes traveling complicated and the shuttle would have uncomplicated our transfer significantly. The first frustration was in an email we received immediately after Booking stating that the Shuttle to the airport could not to used as a means of transport to the cruise port. This was part of the purpose in booking this motel, because my mother can't walk far or carry he own bags. There were 6 in our party so taxis and Ubers were more complicated to coordinate. Our flight also got delayed, not the motel's fault, but the shuttle is not offered after midnight and has no alternative solution in place. We had 3 overpriced rooms, each booked for the purpose of using 2 separate Shuttle opportunities, neither of which we were able to take advantage of. The loss of the Shuttle opportunities cost us 1 XL Uber ride and the cost of separate transport to the Port. If I had known I would be forced to take alternate transportation, I could have either booked a much cheaper motel room elsewhere and saved that $ or used it to stay in a much nicer place.
