Very clean, very spacious room with quality furnishings that were so comfortable, that we preferred staying in our room during the rain. Liked the no carpet floors that minimize dust and allergens. Ensuite bathroom was large, too, and everything worked. Very responsive hostess who answered my emails right away. No breakfast is provided, but nice plates, bowls, and cutlery was available for use for the carryout food we brought.
Noted traffic noise due to location near a busy intersecting corner. The windows muted the noise considerably, but the motorcyclists and auto drivers who liked to rev the engines at night were audible.

Since we carried a heavy luggage, it would be great if there is an elevator.

The whole property including our room was very clean and appeared to be quite new. The accommodation was part of a bigger building however very private and quiet.
It wasn’t apparent in booking the property that the accommodation was on the first level from the ground. It has a large staircase, if you have heavy bags to navigate up.
