Overall, the room was clean but the pillows had an unpleasant smell.
I liked the spacious lobby, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I found one female front desk staff member to be somewhat aloof.
I was also disappointed with the check-in experience, I had specifically requested an early check-in and was assured that a room would be ready by the time I got to the hotel, but I ended up waiting approximately three hours.

If I could give 10 stars for the front desk staff I would. They were very helpful from checking in and getting the best rates to directions and recommendations.
The rooms were clean and quite.
We will be back again.
