About this house rental
Welcome and sweet dreams at “Koje 15”—this vacation home (new in 2018) in the thatched-roof village of “De Poeler Drift” in the resort town of Zierow offers you and your family plenty of space to relax. Your children will love the large garden with its wonderful view of the countryside and the playground right next to the house.
The spacious living and dining area features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sofa arrangement right next to the fireplace. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. On cold days, you can relax in the sauna with a wellness shower after a long walk or bike ride. A guest restroom with natural light is also located on the first floor. The utility room is equipped with a washer-dryer.
Upstairs, you’ll find the full bathroom with a traditional bat-wing dormer and two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, a large dresser, and a coat rack. From here, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view over the thatched-roof village all the way to the island of Poel and the Baltic Sea coast. The children’s bedroom features two single beds, a dresser, a second TV, a storage chest, and a bookshelf. This gives your children plenty of space to enjoy their vacation on the Baltic Sea. All bedrooms, the bathrooms, and a patio door in the living room are equipped with fly screens. The furnished south-facing terrace features garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a very comfortable XL beach chair, inviting you to linger and relax.
The garden shed offers ample space for strollers and toys. Pets are not allowed inside the house. Up to two cars can park in front of the house.
