The vacation home, named "MOOI," features a thatched roof and offers a view of the lake. It is furnished in a modern style and can accommodate up to 5 people. The semi-detached home features a spacious living and dining area with access to the west-facing terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. A high chair is provided. On the first floor, there is also a guest restroom and a bathroom with a spa shower and sauna, perfect for unwinding from everyday life. The utility room contains useful appliances for a carefree vacation on the Baltic Sea, such as a washing machine and an electric grill.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a desk, and a closet. A travel crib is available for younger guests. The second bedroom features a comfortable sleeper sofa, a single bed, and an additional TV.
From here, you can easily work from home. A desk with a monitor and keyboard is provided for this purpose. From the desk, you also have a wonderful view of Wismar Bay. The vacation home features fly screens on the windows and underfloor heating, which ensure a comfortable indoor climate.
The garden features outdoor seating, a beach chair, and a parasol for relaxing. There is also a lockable shed where bicycles or toys can be stored safely. Smoking and pets are not permitted inside the house. A parking space is located right next to the house.
