This thatched cottage has everything you could want. It’s located on the edge of the thatched cottage district, offering a wonderful view across the meadows and fields all the way to the resort town of Zierow. The property is completely fenced in, so you can let your children or your dog play freely. The thatched cottage was built in 2017 and features a large living area with a dining table and an integrated modern kitchenette equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking. A fireplace provides cozy warmth on cold days, and you can comfortably read your favorite book or watch TV on the couch. The dining table seats up to 6 people for meals and game nights together. The sauna with a wellness shower and the separate guest restroom are also located on the first floor. A washing machine and various cleaning supplies are available in the utility room.
On the upper floor of the vacation home, you’ll find three bedrooms and a large full bathroom. The two children’s rooms, each with a pull-out bed (max. 160x180 cm) and a dresser, are furnished identically. The master bedroom, with a double bed and a desk for writing your vacation postcards, offers a wonderful view over the thatched-roof village all the way to the island of Poel. The windows are equipped with fly screens, and curtains and shutters provide the necessary option to darken the rooms. A storage shed next to the house provides space for bicycles you bring along.
On the sunny, furnished south-facing terrace, you can relax in a beach chair and round off your day with a cozy barbecue. You can sunbathe on the two new garden loungers.
There is space for one car in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is available inside the house.
