About this apartment rental

This luxury holiday apartment over 2 levels with approx. 75 m² on the 1st floor (with elevator) in the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.

A beautiful living room with an open kitchen, visually separated from the living room, with dining area, sofa bed and a balcony that faces the harbor and a guest toilet await you on the first level!

Two spacious bedrooms in the attic, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower allow up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Enjoy walks on the beach and the fantastic view of the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!

There is a parking space for your car directly at the house.

A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests.

In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage. Anzumerken ist sicherlich, dass es kein W-Lan im Haus gibt und auch ein schlechtes mobiles Netz im Gebäude anliegt. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche wackelt ziemlich und die Mischbatterie in der unteren Dusche ist am Druckknopf defekt (Hinweise an die Vermieter). Ansonsten ist es wirklich schön da und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es waren in den Nachbarwohnungen ziemlich viele Gäste mit Hunden, das sollte man als Allergiker eventuell wissen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung ohne Bedenken und kommen bestimmt wieder.

wunderschöne saubere Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden das Objekt wieder mieten, Appartmentvermietungsgesellschaft - unkompliziert und freundlich Geschirrspüler z.Zeit nicht nutzbar aber bekannt gegeben, DVD- Player nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, Fernbedienung defekt
