With a direct view of the sea, the stylishly furnished “Fantasie” vacation home invites you to enjoy a dream vacation on the Baltic Sea in the state-recognized resort town of “Zierow” any time of year. “Fantasie” is a thoughtfully designed multigenerational home with a first floor accessible to people with disabilities, a large garden, and a spacious 18-square-meter terrace with a gabion charcoal grill—perfect for barbecuing and relaxing after a full day at the child-friendly beach; in the fall, long walks on the beach let you unwind; in winter, the cozy fireplace invites you to spend a cozy afternoon on the sofa; in spring, the scent of early-blooming flowers inspires long bike rides through the surrounding fields.
The “Fantasie” vacation home was renovated in 2026 and offers 104 square meters of high-quality amenities, including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living-dining area with an integrated kitchen. All rooms are equipped with insect screens and underfloor heating (geothermal heat pump). The first floor is wheelchair-accessible, allowing even a family member with limited mobility to enjoy the vacation home. The interior doors here have a clearance width of 94 cm; the double bed (180 x 200 cm) in the bedroom is equipped on one side with a separate, electrically height-adjustable slatted frame (“Lippe IV” insert frame by Burmester) and can be easily accessed from a wheelchair (not an electric wheelchair) or a walker. The large bathroom features a wheelchair-accessible sink, a 130-cm-wide accessible shower, and a toilet with a wall-mounted grab bar on one side and a swivel grab bar on the other. The kitchen table in the living-dining area is also wheelchair-accessible. The built-in kitchen, however, is not equipped for people with disabilities.
The living room is cozily furnished with a sofa and an additional récamière and features a large TV, a hi-fi system with a CD player, and a high-quality wood-burning stove; the firewood stored behind the house can be used for a cost-covering fee. The upper floor has an additional bathroom, and both bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a high-quality built-in wardrobe.
You can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea from both the terrace and all living and sleeping areas (exception: seasonal fruit cultivation in the adjacent fields may, under certain circumstances, obstruct the sea view from the first floor and the terrace). In addition to a variety of sailboats, you can even watch cruise ships arriving in or departing from Wismar.
A nearby playground offers fun and enjoyment for younger vacationers at the resort. Only about 500 meters separate the “Fantasie” from the family-friendly natural beach with a shallow cove.
Smoking and bringing pets are not permitted in the vacation home.
For a fee that covers the costs, you can charge a hybrid or electric vehicle at a wall box located directly in the property’s parking space.
