Welcome to “Pier83,” your home away from home on the Baltic Sea—this family-friendly thatched cottage was built in 2021 and offers the highest level of comfort for guests of all ages. Four-legged friends will feel right at home here.
The fenced-in property is very close to the beach and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding meadows all the way to Wismar Bay.
There is a garden shed with outdoor furniture for 6 people, a bike rack for 6 bikes next to the garden shed, and a mailbox in front of the house entrance.
There’s a barbecue fireplace outside on the patio, a height-adjustable hammock strung between two tree trunks, a “Wallbox” charging station for electric cars, a sliding screen door to the patio and insect screens in all bedrooms, a large umbrella with a wind-resistant base, and—for our little guests—a cute children’s beach chair.
Enjoy nature all year round! Whether it’s rain, wind, or snow: enjoy our beautiful view in your elegant new sunroom, no matter the weather. Sheltered from the wind, fully glazed, and equipped with sliding doors on all sides, you can enjoy your cozy outdoor space under the sun [&] stars with friends and family at any time. Note: The sunroom is heated solely by sunlight and therefore requires no additional heating or insulation.
The kitchen-dining area, in particular, is equipped with high-quality designer brand appliances. Some notable features include the separate 60-liter freezer, the additional microwave, a Nespresso capsule machine to complement the drip coffee maker, and an electric milk frother.

The charming living area features a cozy sofa perfect for relaxing and invites you to unwind. The high-quality 55-inch Samsung Smart TV provides news and entertainment. Enjoy our free Wi-Fi and log in to your favorite streaming services—such as Prime, Sky, Netflix, and more—anytime, just like at home. For rainy days spent in the company of friends and family, a selection of board games and light reading is available.
The stylish wood-burning stove and the in-house sauna offer soothing relaxation after long walks during the colder months.
The walk-in wellness shower is integrated into the sauna area. A guest restroom and the utility room with a washer, dryer, and household supplies round out the amenities on the first floor.
The upper floor features the three bedrooms and a modern full bathroom with a bat-wing dormer, a comfortable bathtub, and a walk-in shower.
Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed (one of which is a pull-out single bed, max. 170x200) and offers ample storage space in the form of custom-made dressers and built-in closets.
Safety for the little beach pirates is taken care of. A changing table is built into the sideboard in the master bedroom. Additional multimedia outlets, each with 3 USB ports and 1 Type-C port featuring child safety locks, are installed in all bedrooms and in the kitchen. The vacation home provides 2 high chairs for children, 1 of which is also suitable for infants.
For your four-legged friends, dog bowls and an orthopedic dog bed are provided.
Your private garden shed is located right behind the parking space at the vacation home. You’re welcome to store the bicycles you’ve brought with you here.
Golf enthusiasts can reach the renowned Bades Huk Golf Club, with its 18 holes in an exceptionally attractive location, in about 15 minutes. There, on a peninsula surrounded by the sea and nature, you can pursue your passion in complete relaxation.
